I hope All Stars isn't officially replacing Orochi.
I miss seeing the other mythical/historical characters that made it in the games from the Orochi series like Taigong Wang, Wukong, Taira no Kiyomori, Minamoto Yoshitsune etc.

Perhaps Orochi and All-Stars could be two different brands where the Orochi series could just be Dynasty, Samruai and all the other mythical/historical Chinese/Japanese characters with none of the Koei Tecmo characters. And All Stars would be the only place where you would see Kasumi, Ayane, Toukiden people etc.

I only played the original, but I thought it was pretty fun. The story is nothing special, but no character is bad, there's a decent array of weapons for you to choose to suit your playstyle, and there's shittons of collectible Mitama to collect and customize. It does get repetive fast after you finish the main story though. Just like almost every other hunting or Musou game

It's alright it's very middle of the road the combat is fun and everything but it tries to do real boss fights and I feel like that's something that's almost impossible to do in a musou. In terms or licensed musou it's sure as fuck not Ken's Rage but it's not Pirate Warriors 3, Gundam Reborn, or Hyrule Warriors. Definitely agree with Ganondorf. He's by far my most powerful guy and the one I think I'm best with. I haven't bought the latest DLC pack so I'm missing out on Ravio, Yuga, Marin, and Toon Zelda. Holding out hope for a Switch version with all content from both 3DS and Wii U versions included (and maybe even 60 FPS, if I'm dreaming). It's my first Warriors game so I'm still learning the ropes. Cleared the campaign and about 3/4 of the first Adventure Mode map so far. Loving it. I can't imagine anyone 100%ing this game.

My favourite is Volga. His combos are a bit slow but he makes up for that with raw strenth. Chaning C2 into C2 is pretty dank. Before him my main was Lana. Playing around with her blocks was pretty fun.
Other than those two both of Linkle's weapons are great, but the boots could really use some reach in their combos.

Some people have done it. But the grind is too much for me, even for a Musou. I've been trying to get Agitha's 3rd tier weapon in the vanilla adventure map, but it's been a bitch to beat it with her weak output. Even leveling up does little to nothing.
