Then fresh gets announced. They know that their incessant ganking of lowbies will lead to a mass exodus and they are afraid. They tell themselves AQ will save them but deep down they know the truth, that the russkies will never finish it. They can stand the thought of watching as the world dies around their character and they lose them again, so the live in a world of delusions.

I'd love a little bit of paladin advice from people who have played.
I leveled a paladin on old nost to 45th but haven't fucked with him much since as some friends and I are planning on the newer server. I took full advantage of consecrate and sotc being favorably bugged, so a little curious on the "best" method of leveling while not being free mage food while leveling.
Would just going straight for reckoning be my best bet? I like the prot tree already just for guardians favor, i had a rough time without it before.

Like I said, i was only 45th so that isn't a great wealth of knowledge, but i had some success going holy/prot once i realized i was better off outlasting people than just being kited until the server crashed. Melee wasn't a big deal anyhow so was trying to overcome shortcomings vs faggot skeleton wizards mostly.

I deployed to Iraq when TBC came out and I missed the entire expansion. Every single bit of TBC I missed.

Siphon Life makes a huge difference in your ability to kill multiple mobs at once. Grim Reach and Fel Concentration are huge in low level PvP. You also get Nightfall for burst dmg.

After that you go down Demo for a lot more survivability through 15% Stam, better HS and Fel Dom. Stronger Voidwalker and Master Summoner are pretty huge - double Void sac is pretty much a free win against anything except Priests and Shamans. You finish it off with DD at 50+ by going Destro.

Two things to keep in mind is that Destro is pretty bad for early level PvP since the major draw of Destro is Ruin/burst damage, but you won't have any crit gear to support it. Other thing is that going Demo right away means you don't do any dmg.
