I wasn't sure whether or not it was worth posting over, but still, I want to send out an apology. I promised Le Cauchemar's fifth chapter would be out by Christmas, but for a number of reasons, one of which being my bad time management (I should not legally be allowed to be within ten feet of a jrpg), it's not done. I'm gonna strive hard to finish it by New Years, but a lot of issues came up with the story and I really don't want to rush this next chapter since it's going to set in stone what happens all the way to the end out of three possible endings I have in my head right now. He's doing the exact same things now. Little things that have varying degrees of horrific success; the twitching and cursed ass dialogue while being watched from the cameras was just something he thought of on the spot, for example. It has no deeper meaning, it just struck the proper chord.

With every installment, there are little different things. The warning music that plays in 2, the fact that you can hear Springtrap a room away in 3, the garbled version of Phone Guy's speech from 1. It's all things he thinks would be fun, at the moment of conception. They have no structure, no meaning to them. And that's what makes them so sad, because they could all interlink into something so much more, yet he's content doing this.
