Build the turret in a spot that's hard to target, it can aim quite well so don't worry about not hitting anyone. Preferably high up or around a corner or close to an environmental object. Get it to level 2 immediately.

Don't hang around it exclusively, it can handle itself until the enemy gang-rushes it or a Widowmaker/Pharah finds a clear spot to attack it. Go out and join the fray but stay reasonably close to the turret for emergency repairs/replacement.

Hand out armor packs like they're candy. Far as I know they won't disappear until collected so a few spares on the ground will help allies who've lost their armor from enemy fire. Collect scrap as often as possible but don't risk your life for it.

Molten Core upgrades the turret to level 3 and makes it a terror, and your armor skyrockets and your attack speed doubles. Use it whenever you need to, like when the enemies are clustered together, when they push, or when someone's harassing the objective. And your hammer is also a weapon, it's short-range but you can swing it like Sonic on speed when in Molten Core and it does a shitload of damage.

If you're forced into melee, hammer is a good attack. May not be ideal in comp or whatever, but I never do comp so wouldn't know.

Here's a great tip: if you're on defense in Temple of Anubis and you're at Point B, build the turret on the right side of the point in the corner on the other side of the door. It has an excellent view of anyone trying to get into the point and is very well-protected, anyone who wants to destroy it has to get into its range and sight.

can you end up getting the leaver xp debuff from OTHER people's salt? From what I remember it was a ratio of completed matches to matches played that got you the debuff, so disconnects, crashes, all that counted against you.

there was a first win box for snowball, 3v3, 1v1, and 6v6 mystery. I got all those finally. 3x I got into 3v3's where I was winning and then people on the other team quit and it made the game reinstance so it fucked me out of it, other times I got backfilled into a losing match on match point. Ragequitting is fucking ruining that mode I guess.

If I was better at 1v1 I'd imagine 1v1 mode would be full of ragequitters too, but I suck at it, so 2/3 times I tried it I lost horribly, and the one time I won it was down to the wire so no reason for anyone to quit. Don't think I'll bother trying again because I don't play a team based shooter to 1v1.

That stat sheet actually indicates you're a bad torb, you're in the 39th percentile for Torbs in quickplay. The quick score stat takes your competitive rating heavily into account to make a judgment on how meaningful your stats are; having high performance stats against bad players is not the same as having high performance against good players.

Your individual stats are in high percentiles because your performance with torb is high, but since you're low rank/low mmr it doesn't mean anything.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I lose almost every match I'm in. The enemy teams are well coordinated and stomp mine to 0-3 every time. Their Reinhardt - Dva combo never breaks protection, ours get destroyed in seconds. No matter if we mow down 5 people at a cap, the last one manages to stay alive long enough until they slowly get back and destroy us (how? when we die it is over before we respawn). Is there a matchmaking at all? I'm starting to think if the matches were completly random I would win at least a few times after a few lose. I played for 6 hours yesterday, comp, quick, winter mystery even fucking 3vs3 and every match but one without a chance. If I'm this terrible why am I not bronze? Clearly every other random team could perfectly coordinate on this level even without chat, then why am I in plat? I can't carry, I try to group up and I tank and support but every time my team gets blown to pieces. I even played with a five man team (with mics) for curiosity and nothing changed.

Pharah herself isn't the problem. It's about which team pressures which better. A Pharah who has Winston or D.Va and Ana all making sure she has a bad time, Pharah struggles, especially if all of her targets are rotating shields, piles of HP, and getting tons of heals.

On the flip side, if a Soldier:76 is expected to shoot Pharah but Mei and Roadhog are just running up through the team to him and D.Va is literally planting her MEKA into his face every 5-7 seconds and he maybe gets Lucio's passive heal at best, Soldier:76 isn't going to do shit to Pharah.

It's also very map dependent. Defense on Anubis point B and Ilios: Well are really easy maps for Pharah to use because she has cover everywhere and the attackers cannot move easily without clustering for rockets.

Well I didn't really expected help about my game I just wanted to went about my team always being generally weaker than the enemy. Even if we pick the perfect meta or just generally strong synergies they push our shit in for the first time then everyone scatters and tries to solo for the rest of the game.

It just makes me crazy that random people can coordinate well on the enemy team while mine always breaks in seconds. There is no grouping up maybe except the first push, there is no teamplay or focus fire. Most of my comp matches in yesterday were
