She's good for Shinononme due to the fact that at best Rinka will drag him down to average. Also good for Ignis due to the stupid def she passes. If you don't mind neutering Velour she is good for her too as Velour can get the vaunted Four Fangs/Deadly Breath/Snek Venom combo.

Though if you want to use her and her thief-like growths you have to reclass her to Ninja right away. Clubs are terrible in Hoshido and IK and she will do a lot better as a ninja dodge tank that debuffs due to her high speed/skill growths with decent def/res growths to take hits with. And with low HP growths she will be targetted often. Just get her a pair up that boosts Strength.
