Comparing stat totals is kinda unfair, because attack is worth a lot more than HP, so it makes Siegfried and D'Eon look like the best sabers.

It is, however, worth noting that every single 4* saber has both higher HP AND higher attack than Lily. When you lose in attack to purely defensive characters, AND you lose in HP against purely offensive characters, I think that's a pretty good sign your stats aren't balanced to put you in the same tier as them.
