There's no set amount of time these games take to come to Vita, and it might not happen at all. I have V-II on PS4 already, but I'd be pretty happy if they made a Vita version too.

Iffy's online store is IFI's storefront. It's been around since RB2 came out, and they generally only have the latest preorder in stock at any given time. It's the best way to get the Limited Editions.

In what way would these games be gimped? Have you even played V-II to begin with? Half the dungeons in the PS4 game use the same assets as what we've already seen in the Rebirth games, and others such as the Gold Towers don't even have complex geometry to begin with. Some of the character models from V-II have even appeared in Geki Blanc. The only limitation that CH can't easily overcome is the capacity of the storage medium, and that same issue didn't stop them from porting over the PS3 games, none of which were made with the Vita in mind. CH simply has not made games with the kind of graphical intensity usually seen in PS4 games. Nep isn't Bloodborne. It's not Call of Duty. It isn't even Yakuza in terms of graphics.

Do Neptune and Noire even have bonding events with Nepgear and Uni much? In mk2, pretty much half of Lowee's events were Blanc trying to be a better sister or the twins playing around with Blanc by annoying her but Lastation events were mostly Nepgear vising Uni and Planeptune events were mostly Nepgear hanging out with IF and Compa. Hell even in V-II literally half the Blanc route was her trying to find her sisters.

Yeah.
Stop a combo before its end, and you act sooner.
EX attacks delay your turn, so you have to stop the combo after the 2nd hit.

Telling the healer to defend is a pretty good idea, some monster directly go for the healer.

You deal a little more damage (+10%) if you attack a monster from behind.

Most enemy attacks aren't wide, but are long, so don't imitate the sandmen from Star Wars and move your neps around.

If an enemy goes viral, ESCAPE IMMEDIATELY. Or just reload a save, it'll spare you the trouble of seeing the game over screen.

The RNG hates you. You will always miss the most damaging hits.

The Ex Drive are basically nukes, they're for guard-broken bosses and emergency.

Also, I suck a real lot at the Neptunia games, but usually I let Compa by herself, so every turn where she doesn't heal is spent defending. That is, until I'm sure the enemy won't suddenly go to her and oneshot her with crit.

After Vert spends a week indoors due to gamer related reasons, you forcibly bring her out on a date to get her away from the screen for longer than a few minutes. The date takes you to a clothing store, a ramen shop, the beach, and ends with you having to carry her back home due to fatigue related reasons.

Highlights include princess carrying her out of her house, picking out her clothes for her, getting teased for "being jealous of her spending too much time with her games", and a very sweet scene towards the end that is hard to sum up but can basically be described as her dropping her spaghetti.
