Small changes can entirely change the champion.

Tristana became a early game pusher rather than somebody who wants to wait for lategame.
Zilean is much different than before with his new passive and E slow.
Ashe is now a sustained damage carry whereas before she wanted to rush IE Shiv and take half your HP on her first hit, other than that she is similar but she still feels different.
Gangplank is now a melee carry, not a weird tank bruiser.
MFs new passive rewards her for hitting various people where before she wanted to hit the same one to stack impure shots, her playstyle is much different.
Mordekaiser isn't even similar to before what the fuck are you smoking.
Garen now basically only builds tank shit and cleaver due to lmao10ticks on E, before he had to build damage.
Skarner is way different now.

Zilean still plays the same. Q to throw bombs (except now it's not point n click), W to reduce CD, E to speed/slow, R to revive. Passive is still mechanically the same, free XP, but it's got an active now so I'll give you that.

Ashe still plays the same. Her old Q is her new Passive, so she got a different Q instead. W is still Volley. E is still Hawk. R is still Arrow.
