It's a 4/5 for 5 mana that can bring you any minion that you played before back to life. That's aleady fucking good cost for his price since Zenrui is a 4/3 for the same cost, but also he brings back any minion that died in the previous turn. Zen rui is limited to controlling a 2 attack minion, with the keeper you can bring back anything. So if you just shit out stuff like fenrir or chaos elemental for example which happens a fucking lot in this game going second and then use a keeper you get elder tier value. It can even revive a previous keeper of the vale ,so if you throw nothing except fenrirs and keepers you will get endless fenrirs and keepers.
And I thought that it was just a decent card when I saw it because Araki seemed strong as hell.

It's more a elegant solution than hearthstone's cardback, because in hs you just get to legend once and can flaunt that cardback forever. It makes people lazy.

Vanar aren't the worst. Not anymore.

All factions are fairly playable right now actually. In terms of laddering I've seen the most of Vanar and Vet these past few days but that's probably because they got the biggest changes this patch.

Just open your packs and see what you can build or just look for whose aesthetics you like the most.

In terms of strategies:
Aggro: Songhai, Abyssian, any faction running Mechs
Midrange: Vanar, Vet, Magmar, Lyonar, anyone running golems
Control: Vet, Magmar, Vanar kinda
Combo: Magmar, Songhai, Vanar if you count Jax + Razorback or Spirit + Mech but I wouldn't
Artifacts: Vet, Songhai

How to beat abyssian as vanar?

Alright, crafted my 2nd keeper. This is my 3rd game playing him, and he got me Mystics the first 2 times, and Windblade Adept the 3rd time.

I haven't fought a single opponent who got a card lower than 3 mana from him. I'm already ready to quit this game. If I wanted a swingy, sticky, RNG, auto include in every deck, I'd play Hearthstone.

Flash Reincarnate is one of the more balanced spells Magmar has, and I know I didn't draw Makantor when I fought him, so I don't even know why you'd act like it's fucking terrible

TL;DR I don't exactly remember it, but he was able to get an ayylmara out, and I was forced to attack it because I couldn't roll any dispels. Ended up killing it, healing with an Emerald, but I think the entire thing went to shit after he spawned a bunch of other trash in the background.

To be honest, my memory is too fuzzy of it to trust my recollection. My point is, the entire thing was a shitty blowout where I rolled shit for the first couple of turns, and they had several legends that they were able to pull off really quickly. Followed by "I know I won this and you really didn't stand a chance from the beginning so I'm going to borderline BM you"

Two creatures turn 1. Either two 1-drops, a 2-drop and a 1-drop, or an Orb Weaver. Take 2 orbs, move another body close enough to another orb to put an Alcuin on it.

They didn't "lose" third wish. They lost it as a massive burst finisher. They gained it as an absolutely insane board control buff.
Keeper of the Vale is always going to be bullshit in mid-late decks like Vet's
Cosmic Flesh isn't hot garbage anymore in a format where aggro is abundant.
With Plasma Storm and Tempest rarer and rarer they can now field Sand Howler very well. On top of the new Cosmic Flesh and TW there's very few things Songhai can do to fuck with it. Songhai being the faction that's set to dominate right now. Really the only things that can fuck with a buffed Sand Howler right now are Chromatic Cold and Sun Bloom. And Lyonar are rare as fuck these days.
Even nerfed Portal Guardian still works fine. Lyonar rare so Sun bloom is rare. Plasma Storms less common. Phoenix isn't enough to knock it out. New TW makes it easy as fuck to re-activate in the event of a chromatic cold.

S-rank every month with Vet. TW was hardly nerfed and more important than just the direct changes Vet received, you need to examine the game environment. Cards that heavily challenged Vet board presence are now rare sights.

Their only real weakness right now is that they're not stronger than Vanar and Songhai. If that's what it takes for a faction to be shit to you then please just keep hopping from one FotM to the next in gold rank.
