She's too squishy for most people and her laser is hard to figure out for a lot of people too. Basically most people get hit with a Nader nade or Fletcher stickie a few times will quit her. She's like Arty. You only ever see retards playing him briefly before quitting or you see really good ones.

I wouldn't really say she's easy to play, but she rewards players for moving around a lot thanks to her speed and size. Any player that likes to go fast and flank will make for a mean Kira player.

But not for what you want him for. If you're using him as a self-sufficient rifleman who medics when the team needs him to, you're not going to be working the objectives, so Mechanic isn't needed. Get Up is definitely good in the medic role, but you're Sawbonez. You can get away with tap revives because you're gonna hit Q and throw a large medpack into them as soon as they're up.

Both cards have Potent Packs, and Drilled is more useful in firefights. CR42 also has the M9 instead of the Caulden.
