All the frame use the same skeleton but Skyrim is not using the same one and some frame are weirdly shapped (nekros, nova and so on) so it take a while to adjust things and as i said im having some problem with saryn due to the shroom
Maybe there is a way to convert skeleton but i dont know it or it doesnt exist

To be fair, all the warframes are pretty strong. Look at archmelee. Those weapons have to weigh much more than the frames themselves. The only reason the weapon moves relative to them rather than them pulling themselves around the weapon is because archwings hold the frame in place. This means that every frame is strong enough to easily and quickly swing something several times its body weight one handed.
