Well we are getting quite a bit of quartz, and you should have plenty of quest with the quest/free quest from LONDON.

From the event, you get 16 quartz and a ticket. We will get a random amount ranging from 2-12 quartz on the niconico stream event on the 4th.
If you just farm free quests from now, I think you can make it to 40.
Also, while you can't use it for that gacha, your tickets will be refreshed in your cube shop after 1/1. You can use that for limited time servant gacha.
