Are there any mods that add text/dialog directions to quests

Are there any mods that add text/dialog directions to quests in pic related? That would make such a difference for my enjoyment.

"Even Better Quest Objectives" is the only one I see, which is disapointing because it doesn't include directions in the text itself, but below the quest text.

What I mean is pic related. It bothers me that it simply says "go to x town" instead of "I spooky with this dude, he said I should begin by heading to x town, which is southwest of y town, just past the waterfall".

There's not much difference between using a quest marker and being told point blank where to go.
