I was thinking if I should post this or not, but fuck it, I'll just say it...

I was born in a war-torn shithole, where people were beheaded on a daily basis... where my grand-mother got her leg blown off by a mine when she went picking some apples.

Breathing depleted Uranium dust was a 24/7 thing, so I wouldn't be surprised to die from cancer in a few years. On top of that, my mother chained cigarettes during pregnancy, because she was stressed, and it's understandable... but I believe it's the reason I am a little slow in school.

Luckily, we were able to come to a western country and start a new life... but there was a little problem.

The diplomas of my parents (engineering and pharmacy) were not recognized, so they had no other choice than go work in some factories and restaurants to save enough money to go to university AGAIN.

This is truly outrageous, but it's not the reason of my post.

I came here to ask a kind soul to help me get the game Amnesia: The Dark Descent for £2. I always wanted to play this game, because the atmosphere seemed good enough to help me forget my shitty life.

I wish I was born in a normal place, so I could afford to get £1 or £2 games without asking people online.

They are all fixed by the FAR(fix automata resolution) mod which was done by a colossal faggot who used it to attack not only people pirating the game but also people who gave him shit on the community forums. I have this which is a pirated version of the mod without his bullshit but haven't tried it, people say it works fine.

Put that in and everything's fixed. If you have a shit rig lower the lighting engine which can be done by said mod.

Berseria also has a fix for the kinda annoying frameskips it does by said faggot: BerseriaFIX. Haven't seen if there's a non-bullshit version of that mod for it.

I pirated Neir Automata, it is fine for me but I have a GTX 1070 so it may vary if you have an older/low end graphics card also the cutscenes are pre-rendered at 30fps. But yeah trust the steam reviews if you have an older PC you might wanna hold out.

I was born to a poor family in Poland with 3 other siblings. My Father was an alcoholic and would frequently beat me, my mother and my siblings. Both of my parents and my sister were killed in a drunken car crash caused by my father when I was only 9 years old. Me and my 2 brothers were sent to live with our grandparents. They were kind but poor people, they treated us well but there were many nights we went to sleep hungry because they couldn't afford food. My 2 brothers immigrated to Germany only a few days after they turned 18, they were the only friends I ever had. My Grandfather died of lung cancer when I was 14, he was the one providing money for the family. It was only me and my Grandmother now and she was on welfare. I got a job in a shop when I was 16 to help provide for us. My boss was an asshole who hated me and would pick on me, shouting at me for the smallest things. When I was 22, my Grandmother died of a heart attack.
I was alone and depressed, the only thing that made me happy was remembering the things I used to do before all the bad stuff started happening to me, I remembered watching cartoons, specifically Garfield, I loved that show because I could relate with Garfield, We both hated Mondays and loved lasagna. Remembering things like this is what stopped me from killing myself. I still regularly watch these cartoons on my shitty TV. One day I decided to sell my TV to get a crappy laptop I found at a sketchy shop. I leech off my neighbour's internet. One day I decided to download steam, remembering how much I loved playing games at my friend's house when I was 7. I am too poor to afford any games. I spend my days browsing /v/ being envious of the people who can afford these games. I see there is a game on steam called Garfield kart. It is on sale and is only 0.99c.
