If you win more than half the time you get raised to a higher MMR until you start losing. And if you lose more than half the time you get lowered to an MMR until you start winning.

The only thing that annoys me is people sperging out in game when someone picks a hero they don't approve of or if they think someone else is doing a bad job. As if calling your teammate a faggot is going to improve the game in any way. It's ridiculous how many people playing this game get mad at inane things and how little social skills some of the players have. Luckily it got way better at around SR level 2800. That seems to be the point were people almost consistently use voice communication and don't behave like they've grown up in a cave.

Rein hog ana mercy zenyatta winston. I will always get multiple gold medals with four of those characters on top of being on fire for a good portion for the match. What I cant do stop other player from trickling into enemy fire, have them group up and focus fire key targets. Its literally unwinnable.

Yeah, no. For some reason when I'm in the 2800-3100 range the players act like even bigger shitters. Had a Widowmaker and Hanzo on offense today and several matches where the DPS can't do anything. What else can you do if you are getting numbers like 24K healing when you play support, and gold damage/50+ elims when you play Zarya and the team still loses?

Diamond and high plat players complain and get tilted more than any other I've noticed as well.
