What are the points of no return for sidequests?

I know that once you finish the Everfall stuff, everything in Cassardis is automatically canceled. Same goes for everything else before the final confrontation with Salvation. Are there other instances between those two points where sidequests can be lost forever?

There's not much to compare it to, people always say monhun/dark souls, but it's absolutely nothing like DaS except for the art direction in the DLC area.
I haven't played any monhun game, but people say its not really similar either.

Thanks, I think the thing I'm having problems with is that the feedback you get from taking hits seems off. Some guy shoots me with a bow and sends me flying, and I'll take a small chunk of damage, but those fighter bandits can take off a third of your HP with one swing and my guy doesn't even flinch.

Not recently, but i played it for a decent while around launch. Most of the mechanics were translated and it was easy to play. The plot and quests weren't which was a bit of a bummer since they seemed interesting. I dunno how much progress the translations have made since then though

I guess it's kind of like MonHun with stuff like breaks, and monsters generally dropping 3 parts of their body when killed, and some subspecies-like monsters that show up later on. I guess Grigori can kind of be considered the Elder Dragon of the game. You can craft things like consumables, but not things like weapons and armor, instead you use things you've gathered to upgrade weapons and armor you buy/find.
Really it's more of its own thing, though

give the other another forgery to complete the quest but a forgery does nothing for their items.

I still remember my first Arisen and pawn on ps3.

I made a bulky bearded man with face-paint, I but his stance all the way to the feminine side. I thought it only made him stand funny, didn't know it made him walk like a girl.

I made my pawn a mystical Gary Coleman (who I named brock because of character limits). He was super short and had an afro. I told him to act sassy. Eventually I had to give him a helmet for protection, but it covered his 'fro, so I gave him a magic-soaked long blue beard to make up for it.

I still get fond memories of all the times I chucked him at monsters as a fear tactic. I long to hear what songs the bards must have made to describe our adventures.
