Honestly the best thing to do is network. Find other people with similar view counts, collab a project and hope some of their people like you and want more. Keep doing this, while keeping a steady stream of regular stuff on your channel and you'll make it over 5k in no time.

my video card recently died but i finally got a new one. i've been thinking of playing some of my favorite games to get more views for my music and then eventually start doing cooking videos too. the only other person i saw who played games and did cooking videos did stupid things like put gummy bears in salad or some other candy in a taco, and the only other gamer i saw making music did it just to sell it to people on twitch.

I'm having trouble deciding what material to make.
I make three kinds of videos, and they all seem to be liked by three different kinds of people. But rarely the same person likes the three types.
