Third year. Going to do my second work term next summer since I also have co op. Co op fees are pretty bullshit imo but the works terms have really nice pay so it's a win win. And yeah I know a few people who switched fields cause they couldn't handle it. Management is a main thing. I don't blame though. I rarely passed some courses back in second year. make sure you actually prepare. My first interview I sort of just came in and talked with them normally like I was talking with anyone else. This was a bad idea.

They always ask you what you know about their company so they know you actually give a shit (this is really huge in job fairs because a lot of other people don't come in very well prepared).

They also want to see that that you actually understand what they need from a candidate for a position, but don't come off as a superficial perfect candidate (i.e. show a slight weakness but explain well that you can work to improve it through more experience or whatever). When they ask you if you have any questions, that's where it'll make or break it (if you haven't fucked it up yet). Ask them what qualities a candidate should have to be highly successful in the job, and hope you can somehow explain and relate your own experiences to that.
