Yea the ingame AA sucks. It runs at 4K on my 290. I also use Masterworks sweetfx to bring out the colours more.

I was using those armours because I was super bad at the game and they let me live a couple more hits.
They don't look that great compared to some of the stuff I've found now so I'm using the newer stuff now.
apart from the tiara and gown they look great with clothing that gives you just underwear.
I want my friend to make a generic human man so I can rent his pawn to go with my female elf sorcerer and male dwarf warrior but he'll never shout YIU FACE A DUNEDAIN NOW so why bother

I mean, you can perfect block most attacks with a shield, not to mention you can block guaranteed knock-downs like the Chimera Roar with your shield too. Launching Strider/Assassin pawns with your shield is pretty awesome too.

Otherwise yes, you can do Sword + Bow Assassin and it's ok, the issue is that you'll almost never really be using the bow outside of some niche situations.

The game already has enough options to make what you'd like. The only thing it would truly affect would be making retard size busts (which already deform to the verge of unattractiveness at max default). The only problem with the character edit is a lack of an ass slider, which cheat engine isn't going to magically implement.
