How exactly do I stab out a Cyclops eye? I can climb to its head, but I only ever bash it over the neck/shoulder. Am I doing it wrong?

I put in 23 hours into the leak copy and 9 hours into the release copy and I have yet to run across a major bug. The only problem I had was passing under some broken bridge near Gran Soren and my framerate would drop to 58 fps at 1080p (I have a 980 and a 4790k)

Stats are mostly irrelevant, yes, but Augments are not.

You'll want a good number of Augments from Warrior (mostly Clout at rank 9) and Sorcerer (for casting speeds and debilitation damage ((the latter might be a Mage Augment.))) You'll also want Sinew, which is a rank 5 Fighter Augment, so that you can kiss worrying about carry weight goodbye.

There are ways of cheesing vocation ranks later in the game, so don't worry about it too much if you just want to play MA and enjoy yourself.

Got a few stupid questions. First, how can you increase carrying capacity (and what is the effect of the varying stages of encumbrance)? How does the fast travel work, exactly, I have the stone that lets you go from city to city (only have unlocked 2 so far) with no hindrance, but what do I do with this portcrystal?

Also, is it wise simply to get the advance classes as soon as they're available, or is there some benefit to increasing the initial class' levels to max?

Finally, am I doing something wrong or are there some encounters built to be hard walls to return to later? There was a bandit that's health bar did not decrease despite pounding him, I only managed to defeat him by stunlocking him and then finding a cliff to throw him off of.

I started on hard mode since console didn't have it when I first played it and it's kinda triggering my autism seeing any number other than 0.

Is it worth it at all to quit to the main menu every time and reload your save when you die to avoid getting any "deaths"? Or would that make me an absolute madman?

I'm running it at 1080p with normal FXAA, 4XAF, and all high on everything else on a 5770. I want to say it's 40+ but I can't be bothered to check.

I decided to try it on my laptop since I'm away from home for a couple of days.

-sell extras once you reach post-game, can hire enough pawns with Suasion

you never know what'll come in handy in this game, it actually pays to be a packrat.

It's not the skills you must be after when you are aiming for another class, but the Augments. Augments always carry over to whatever class you pick. Some skills are locked to specific classes, so even if you learn, when you switch, it won't appear in the list.
