Post classes you like in vidya and others recommend games that do them well.
Anything where I can dual wield pistols.
Yes, I've already played Max Payne.
There are plenty of games with this implemented, not too sure of any games that have this as a main feature.
Payday 2 has a few builds that centre around dual wielding that were really strong last time I played it.
Already played both, I think I'd like single-player games more.
I could never actually figure out how to dual wield in Frags, though.
Gave up on Payday 2 after the you-know-what earlier this year, I pretty much always ran a Fugimind Bernettis set when I played.
Maybe. Game looks kinda fun but I've never even played an FF before.
Been meaning to play Gunslinger but my PC is shit.
Is it a a decent game? Does anyone still play it?
in Path of Exile you can use summons as any class, including the heavy melee ones, but the game is heavily meta oriented so it probably isn't good enough to say it does it well
Yeah plenty still play it but it's basically the community from l4d where you'll get vote kicked almost instantly for doing just about anything so I suggest atleast play with a friend
I want an unarmed class that specifically ISN'T monks.
Like a pugilist or boxer class, some kicks can be in there for good measure.
I basically want to punch/kick people without all that retarded spiritual shit, and I don't want to be a bald guy wearing a toga.
>mfw artists draw women with hammer toes because so many dumb fuck women who refuse to stop wearing heels for two seconds get hammer toes
>they don't even know what normal toes on women look like and it's obvious in everything they draw
Monks shouldn't have hammer toes.
I loved the shit out of Shadowknight in EQ,no matter how shitty it was sometimes. I haven't seen another game that has done anything like that without going full on edgelord scythe death master blood hate poetry.
Man, you would've loved Ragnarok Online. Too bad it's dead now, but you had Monks, Champions, Taekwons, Soul Linkers, and some other ones that were crazy takes on spiritual fighters. I mean, they're all pretty spirit/monk-related, but the options were incredible.
I did play ragnarok online and yes I liked the monk class.
But I was thinking I wanted a 17th century setting and be able to hit people with the force of a cannon while wearing a cuirass.
And mages could wear shakos and cast spells in formation.
And hussars would wear enchanted jackets that can deflect bullets.
There's not enough magic in the napoleonic era and age of sail
Anything that involves a giant fucking sword. Greatswords are the shit.
Just remember that bows actually do shit damage unless you bring power coatings, so don't forget that.
dragons dogma, best answer I can give, if you have a high moderate comp you can run it, just came to PC today.. tried playing it myself but the game ran like it was in slow mo.
Snipers are always my favorite, even when its not tied to a class, be it traditional long range or up close. In my opinion Gears of War still has the meatiest sniper ive handled in a video game. The Longshot is just satisfying.
I like playing as fast attacking swordsmen.
I don't care if they use one or two swords, I just like style and fast.
sauce me. google reverse failed
Why not, I dunno, just take a fucking polaxe?
Bruh that was so easy come on now.
Archer/Sniper. A big, slow gun that hits hard.
Not an MMO or ASSFAGGOTS. I'm sick of those.
Danke. I am bad with brain functions.
It's the kind of game that will shit all over you if you try button mashing and has pretty challenging AI. Word of advice though; try to play as Arche (the loli with the sword) as much as possible, as when the AI controls her she becomes a fucking walking loli blender.
Also, give Arche the anti-confusion item when you eventually find it and leave it on her, because the same AI will fuck you up while she's confused.
Sounds cool, I'll give it a try. Thanks anon.
Old Men Beat Up People: With Swords Edition: Featuring Guns From the Guns Series: The Game
>wanting to play as the meek, timid, squishy healer
Its calling to you anon. Don't you hear it? Its beautiful.
i want a game where I can fly, preferably around a city of some kind. I really like Gravity Rush, and Just Cause 3 is fun too, but not quite flying.
Blademaster/War master whatever you want to call it. Uses any melee weapon but does it with it style
Any games were I can be a pure grappler like baki style?
>There will never be a good action game or rpg with a full on grappling bare hand combat system
Fucking why I just want to suplex monsters, demons, and scum to death,
Sorceress in Dragon's Crown, she also comes with the best debuff in gaming wherein you turn all the enemies into frogs
Battlemages never ever get enough love.
The game that does battlemages well is Runes of Magic, when you class into Warrior/Mage.
>No game where I can be Freddie
>Punching shit and grappling enemies
>Throwing them long distances like a cannon ball into other enemies
>Breaking limbs with satisfying sound effects to accompany them
>Slamming the ground knocking up all enemies and grabbing them midair for a slam
>No german suplex special where the slam causes a beam of light to erupt from the ground decimating the land and piercing the heavens
I'll just be a swordsmen or something I GUESS.
I know,I played it.But I was an assassin/strider casual like everyone else most of the time.Strider was fucking awesome with that stepping stone brain splitter combo.(Great now I feel like playing dragon's dogma...)
It's so rare I don't even have a pic of it, but Element Gunners. Y'know dudes that infuse their bullets with fire/lightning/ice etc
I also like paladins and cyber ninjas/mechs, but those are more common
Tank with a focus on combos/cc.
In order to be good at this class you need to be able to combo the crowd control abilities effectively.
I don't want to be just another DD in pvp. I want to be the guy that annoys the other team so effectively that my team can just breeze through them.
well, they did get (Demon) Lancer, so maybe Archer one day.
Summoner, Warlock, Necromancer, that whole field.
Basically anywhere i can get a personal army while still being able to do some work myself
I need flippy, fast paced gunplay
I've played Warframe, GunZ: the Duel, Max Payne, and Double Action Boogaloo.
not really a class, but I want a game where I can use something similiar to Stands
Interesting that you pick up on something so inconsequential to get mad over. Never noticed the "inward foot turn" was even a thing myself despite having seen probably as many kawaii uguu females as you have.
besides TF2 obviously
ratchet deadlocked and Diablo 3 had pretty good variety with turrets
>There will never be an archer class as cool as Force Archers from Cabal ever again
Every other archer class is just boring generic "shoot one arrow into the air and make it rain a dozen arrows" bullshit
Force Archers were cool as shit
