I don't know. Disgaea is being published by NIS directly on PC, while by the looks of it, Danganronpa is skipping the middle man and being self published by Spike Chunsoft. Same with Stranger in Sword City by Experience.

Plus, Spike Chunsoft is one of the few Japanese developers who actually has some PC experience under their belt, so maybe we'll be surprised.
