Have a fictional East coast setting that has Baltimore, Miami, and some spic islands. Baltimore will be poor black nignog that has work from the ground up to get anything. Miami nigger will be a white dude that's ex CIA. Spic will be a gun and drug runner. Eventually all of their shit intertwines.

Bully II was actually cancelled in late 2013 believe it or not. Some voice actor, worked on the original Bully and no other R* games, said he was working on a project with Rockstar Toronto and heavily hinted at it being Bully 2. A few months later he claimed it'd been cancelled.
Maybe he backtracked to cover his shit, who knows. But regardless I don't think they'd be hiring voice actors before researching the location

I'm sort of excited for GTA VI, but I know apart from graphics and things like that it's going to be the worst one by far. 3 characters was retarded and when I play GTA I literally only play IV because of how retarded it is. Plus the cars handle like ass compared to the perfect driving in IV and the gunplay feels more like Max Payne with the flashes everywhere and the police immediately pinpointing you in the middle of the woods for shooting someone
I have a theory that the police behavior about things like that was a result of how many mass shootings there were in GTA V's development, I hope they can get their balls back for VI

That started with RDR, it's more it's thing than it is MP's. But that being said, It's just a death indicator, I honestly don't mind it. DESU shit gets a bit chaotic the more powerful graphics are getting.

I haven't played Saints Row so I can't comment on that. I think tank controls kinda describe the movement in GTA since they can't really just turn around without spinning. At least in Assassin's Creed you can reverse your direction. It's just kinda funny since on some of those custom jobs where you're standing on some platform up in the air, people will sometimes just accidentally run over the edge. It's not realistic if getting through a door is a hassle

Unfortunately, that kind of thing doesn't fit with GTA. You can't really have a tight narrative focus in a sandbox. The nature of the game cripples the pacing of a story, but the worst thing is that player actions are always going to undermine any attempt at poignancy. You can't have a story about a guy with a troubled past when players are going drive flaming cars into pedestrians. You can't have your cake and lob grenades at it too.
