Does this mean we'll see series like Trauma Center or Raidou get a sequel?
>inb4 it's Atlus all-star racing
>atlus fighting game
>p3 and p4 mcs
>trauma center dude
You know what?
Make it a jack frost fighting game where each frost is based off of some shit from atlus.
I work for Atlus and its
Persona 4 Final
Persona Dancing all night this night 2
Persona ultimax climax
Persona 4 x Persona 5
Persona x Sonic
There are more projects but these wont come until next year
x Street Fighter
HERE WE FUCKING GO
CATHERINE 2 INCOMING
IN 2020for PS4
>SMT on a console
That seems as likely as a console monster hunter at this point (that isn't frontier I mean).
SMT V is probably gonna be on the NX if it takes off
If not it's gonna be on the PS4
Atlus don't have the priviledge to pick sides, they go for the most popular consoles, but only one because they make low budget games
Even P5 is low budget
So suck it up
>it's a 3d remake of strange journey
Let a fool dream
>MegaTen fighting and racing game
>Kyouji and Raidou partner attack
>Not-Kyouji and Hacker partner attack
Nocturne really fucks up my controller
Its fine if I start it up, but if I dc the controller or reset my PS3 theres visible input lag
I have no idea why, and its only with Nocturne
>A port to the PlayStation Portable retitled Shin Megami Tensei: Persona
>Multiple staff members from previous Megami Tensei titles were involved in development
Persona games, whether you like it or not, are Shin Megami Tensei games.
Whereas 3DS has:
SMT IV Final
SMT: Strange Journey
SMT: Devil Survivor Overclocked
SMT: Devil Survivor Record Breaker
SMT: Devil Summoners: Soul Hackers
Plus the 2 old DeSu games if you have autism
I have a few but I'm not at home to post them right now.
Then I'm down with that.
I doubt it. I would guess you would have summonable demons as part of movesets.
So Demifiend summons Pixie. Raidou is too cool for demons so he just gets Gotou. Yu summons Izanagi etc.
If bugslut and Tingle are in Hyrule Warriors, I think they can throw us some demons.
>Not liking Pixie
Everyone loves Pixie though. Bitch got that Megidolaon super boss-ness goin on.
I'd personally prefer a system where Demons are equippable summons that are shared between Demon Summoners, with Persona sharing the same concept between Persona Users.
That means when you make that one legit Super Pixie, you don't have to make multiple.
Protag uses demons, supporting cast use personas, social links aren't about getting your dick wet, the heroine is a napea (and that's all you get), and by the end you have to kill those you didn't max out a social link with.
>P3 FES has issues with save corruption
>DDS has fucked up cutscenes
>Nocturne has issues with controller latency and will sometimes refuse any input
That's on top of general performance issues not present in the PS2 versions. They're really shitty ports because they basically try to brute force the PS2 emulation without an Emotion chip, without reprogramming everything to compensate.
Don't dicky Ricky.
>tfw kimono High Pixie from Raidou 2 will never return
Neither will Chou-Keshin.
I forgot DAN even existed
After playing Nocturne literally all I want is a proper SMT game on a decently powered console
SMT 4 was good but the fact that it was chained to the 3DS meant that it couldn't even do some of the camera and battle stuff they were able to do on the PS2 13 years ago
>Have to do a SotC climb to get into fucking position for demons like Tiamat or Sedna
Make it happen, Atlus
GIVE ME REI REIHO FANART, JAPAN
I WILL NOT BE DENIED
>new Catherine with online Colosseum and Babel modes
>new Raidou with improved combat and
>possibly even a brand-new SMT spinoff overall
Hit me with it, Atlus.
This is also acceptable.
You got it
>Atlus’ popular series all gather together
They'll just announce a Vita port of P3P and a sequel to DAN.
>not wanting your demonfu to be a homicidal maniac
What are you, a lawfag?
>i want generic alignment shit
Boo fucking hoo. Oh, where's Nocturne set then? Rio? Fuck off you dipshit.
Yeah, a desert with no (alive) humans is totally the same Tokyo. Whether or not alignments fit your preference doesn't change the fact that it's a staple in SMT. Move your goalposts more, Nocturne babby.
I'd actually want a Strange Journey 3DS remake on the EO4 engine
Nocturne takes place in what is essentially an inverted Tokyo and follows ideologies some which share similarities to alignments such as world of strength = chaos etc. While nocturne does try to have a different take on the mainline series it's pretty much the same at it's core.
>but your demons level up too (you know they'd add this)
>Atlus popular titles
So another Persona 3 and 4 crossover?
Smt 5 where Chaos hero is demi-fiend, Neutral hero/route is Raidou and Law (hero/heroine?) is Seraph, with a new protag acting the same as previous protags in choosing the route while going to previous games worlds. Maybe even feature a Aleph as a spirit or something.
They all have some sort of connection with each other anyway even if you don't count the demi-fiend fight as canon in DDS, Brahman still has an Amala terminal in it's heads.
While it's true Persona is not SMT, neither is Digital Devil Saga, or Devil Survivor, or the Raidou games. SMT is the mainline series. Every game is a Megaten game, but only mainline is SMT. The distinction isn't necessary, but if you're gonna make a distinction you better go all the way. Something being SMT or not isn't a gateway to quality or themes, it's the name of a videogame series.
Persona 1 plays fine. Just make add fusion spells, being able to change personas without wasting turns and remove some stats ailments because fuck that shit. Oh and keep those auto attack options for fucks sake, can't believe they removed that shit in P2.
Soul Hackers also had no english version before the 3DS one, and that anon was replying to a guy who said PS3 was an SMT machine and exclusively listed ports
