I gave the demo a quick spin and the PS3 version runs fine. Some of the animation appears a little choppy but I think that's just the way it's animated, gameplay is smooth
There's also res differences, PS4 at 1080p and Vita at 544p. PS3 probably at 720p, didn't check.

but yeah, dodge and the gem sucking ability are on the same button.
you can hold attack to do the air lunges like muaramasa. circle plus a direction does super moves/magic.
you can do some dpad inputs for the same supers/magic. 236 and 41236 motions plus attack. down, up + attack.

combat is a lot more yolo and use potions when you need to
