Like this. But mostly by not using low accuracy moves in random encounters where it could cost me press turns. Never had any issues with low agi builds, have my STR/VIT as high as I want em, working on luck next.

Prioritized VIT early game because fuck hard mode (I survived the second encounter in the game with 1hp, and that was after I spent my level up point on VIT), then STR for damage. Also even being the slowest member of my party I can still do a focus+attack in one turn.

Magic is pretty nice early on, I used ice breath for press turns, and tornado because it's a dumb that they give you a mega damage spell at lvl 18, don't even need to invest in magic or hit a weakness to 1hit stuff with it at that level. Physical doesn't start coming into it's own in mid game once you got buffs/debuff coverage rekunda/rekaja and such, but once you can get divine shot it gets really good and only gets better.
