But she's the original. MBM was a westernized rerelease. Regardless, there's plenty more games in the series after this first one. If you liked the gameplay of it outside of the fact that it had robots from the sonic cartoon I'd recommend playing some of the sequels.

It is pretty unpopular. The threads did get some activity early on from curious anons, but over time people lost interest. We got some fun 10 player matches in a few times at least.

I do have a link for ppvs that has music files from the newer games and character animations if you don't want to use the vanilla download. The old threads used it.

It's a shame you missed it. We did it once a week for about 3 months. But even before that, there were occasional puyo puyo threads here and there. If you're lucky you might see some in the future the next time a game is announced.

Kinda wonder why but makes sense using platform specific marketing... Wonder why it wasn't "Yoshi's Nookie" or something.
Game rules though. Best Tetris-esque game out there. Nothing more satisfying than setting up MASSIVE combos that clear youe screen and drop layer upon layer of shit on your opponent
