I feel like Demon Hunters will be the new class that all the shitters migrate too just how it was with Death Knights. Something in the name just seems like it would attract all the r tards. I also think people have a harder time learning a character that is already half way leveled, or in this case 90% already leveled.
I'm honestly pretty hyped about trying out the new survival spec for hunter. I'll probably stick to maining my warrior or paladin though.

You know, I subbed for a month in december after not having played WoD since launch, and I have to say the game was pretty alright. Gearing up through mythic dungeons was pretty chill, if a bit too rng based. I just wish that I actually had some friends to raid with so I didnt have to join random normal HFC pugs which stops after teron gorefiend because people are still so suprisingly shit at this fucking game.
The problem with WoW is that its designed to basically only be fun/played whenever a patch comes out for a month or two (like Diablo and maybe HotS and SC2), depending on how much you wanna raid what is current shit. If I had a fun group to raid with I would probably sub for another month to at least get the moose, since HFC is a pretty fun raid and you can actually do SOME stuff now outside of raiding. Cant say anything about pvp though.

Marks Hunters are great too, particularly with 4set T18, nothing else feels remotely as mobile as that, in any MMO i've played. Also Enhancement shamans are in a really good spot now, fire and lightning everywhere.

Removal of abilities means that WW won't have enough buttons to maintain their new Combo passive, also TeB lost uniqueness and the new SEF, despite being less clunky, removes a lot of control from the player and won't be used in some fights even when it would be a DPS increase, for example if there are 3 targets alive and you want to ignore one of them.
Mistweaver goes from being one of the best raid healers in the game to being good at 5mans and absolutely nothing else. Removal of unique mechanics ie: ReM -> Uplift. The auto-casting soothing mist can be interrupted, causing nature lockout, which means every MW will need a stopcasting macro JUST for that. Ultimately nothing but a poor mans resto druid.
Brewmaster seemingly has no way to mitigate non-physical damage, change from chi to straight cooldowns removes complexity and makes the spec less interesting to play. Removing mechanics (Gift of the Ox), even though they weren't very good in the first place, just to give to Demon Hunter tanks is bad design.
Moonguard is the only reason why I even bother coming back to World of Warcraft now. Even if my Friends gets me to play the game, the true reason is because that's the only server with people who even bother to do anything in the overworld.

Defile is alright. Breath of Sindragosa is worth using if you want to contribute more dps. Also using BoS pretty much eliminates any possibility of resource capping.
I mean as Blood I pretty much play BoS and stack multistrike just to see how long I can keep it going on bosses. Feels pretty awesome to keep it going 30-40+ seconds. But yeah I'd hardly call that much of a tanking thing, it's more dps oriented.

Mistweaver doesn't have any reliable raid healing spells anymore. Things like RJW are not reliable because they require very specific positioning from the entire raid. The issue with soothing mist is that you don't have control over it. Imagine healing Thok or something where there are constant interrupts, it'd be clunky as fuck.
I want to believe that it will be really fun but currently Havoc is shaping up to be a 2 button rotation with 2 cooldowns. I'm not panicking because there is still plenty of time to fix this, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried. I'm more interested in how Vengeance works as a tank spec. As long as one of the specs is fun I'll enjoy playing one while maining another class, I'll probably only main a DH if Veangance is very enjoyable because there will be way too many havoc DH.

Blackout kick can't be spammed because of the Combo passive.
ToD is something like a 3 minute cooldown so it's not part of the combo rotation and SCK competes with RSK and FoF for Chi, not to mention it's an AoE ability so will most likely be a loss to use single target.
I have no issue with there being healers more suited to certain jobs, however this is a complete reversal of what MW is and has been since its inception. For a company that likes to talk about 'class fantasy' a lot it really doesn't seem like Blizzard have any consistency.
Genesis, the rdruid spell that consumes all your rejuvs on the raid, was pretty much never used and didn't really fit in with the spec anyway. Also, unless I'm mistaken, Uplift existed before the current iteration of Genesis did anyway.

The only thing holding the price up is the promise of new games being released. (Not that those games are going to be any good, this is from a shareholder perspective).
The idea being, you wait around that time of year when a new CoD or new WoW expo gets released. You buy in a month or so, before, hold until the release notice, and you sell on the 'spike' in share price when the news comes out.
It's pretty reliable way to make decent cash, and it's basically why this whole yearly release cycle is even happening in the first place.
Without a yearly release cycle the shares would inevitably make a slow decline.

Uplift has been the core spell of Mistweavers this entire expansion. Their niche is as a raid healer.
I mentioned Genesis because that's what you're actually talking about. I incorrectly brought up Swiftmend, Swiftmend is a single target panic HoT, nothing like Uplift.
If you bought in at $25 before gamescon, and sold immediately after the announcment at $27.8 you could make some decent money pretty quick.
If you took a loan for 100k or something, put it on ActivisionBlizzard before gamescon (4000 shares), and sold at 27.8 (the day after gamescon and Legion announcement), you could make 11k in something like 3-5 days.
If you held for the rest of the month (with balls of steel) you could make 16k~.
This shareprice will fall when the game is released no doubt, but they will hopefully have another piece of shit their announcing at that time to prop it up, and keep people that matter happy and enforcing the yearly shit treadmill model.

If you have 5k savings or something, you can be pretty satisfied leaving that as USD in the bank. If the USD falls by 5% under cataclymsic circumstances, you've only got 4750 in the bank no biggie.
But... if you've got 5 million dollars. It becomes risky to keep it all in USD in the bank. A drop of 5% means you just lost 250k.
In steps in investment instruments, some of which don't even grow money but just 'hold it steady'. By splitting your 5 million between USD, shares in microsoft, oil companies and activision, and gold you can be sure that even if some things go down in value other things will go up and you won't lose money. You might even gain some.
People like Kottick are heavily invested in Activision, they also are the CEO of the company and make controlling decisions on basically whatever aspect they want. If they believe a yearly release is what will keep their money safe, that's what theyl'l pursue.
In the midst of this they don't really have much time to 'enjoy' video games, or even really understand what makes them fun, only what makes the profitable in the short term.
Thus we're in the situation we are in today. Video games have evolved from a niche industry run by nerds with fun ideas.. to a multi billion dollar industry, where the people making the decisions are making the decisions not because "Hey wouldn't it be coool?"...
They're making the decision because "I need to offset the loss in crude oil, thus I will increase my stockholding on ATVI, and go into over-drive on microtransactions to boost the Q4 figures for a good cash out in feb in which il'l rebalance my portfolio". This is the thinking that causes games to be developed by big companies these days.

If by 'Dragon Kick' you mean the replacement for Hurricane Strike, it's a cooldown that costs 3 chi and can only be used when FoF and RSKare on cooldown. It's going to be a burst ability that isn't able to be used as part of the core rotation.

I admit, I'm ultimately a Wrathbabby. I came at the ass end of WotLK. I didn't pay much attention to Outland because god damn the red and green with the washed out colors was such a fucking eyesore, I did everything I could to skip through it.
But leveling a hunter now in WoD through Outlands, I not only see the obvious inspiration for the aesthetics for the garrisons, but the fucking ruins look way better.
Blizzard somehow gave us infinitely worse resources for garrisons than the fucking obliterated quest hubs.
