The sequel should have had Riki as the main character going on big crazy adventures, then halfway through through the game his senpai gets killed and he's got to team up with the XBC crew to find out who the killer was, and it turns out it was Tatsu who was behind it all. Then the finale is Riki and Tatsu staring at each other for 30 minutes and you have to keep hitting faster and faster tension boosts until Tatsu bursts into potato mash, and it ends with a black screen and Reyn shouting, "YEAH, THAT WAS SORTED NOICELY"

I never touched Riki for the entire game, and then when I got stuck on the final FINAL boss for 90 minutes, I just leveled some skills/stats at random, used him, and won in one try.

My point is, I beat the hardest normal boss in the game using him by just dumping stats into him at complete random.

You shouldn't worry so much about perfect builds and just do what you want.

While she is best girl, she isn't needed for most of the game. In most fights, the extra DPS means that you don't have to heal, since the mobs die so fast. If you need healing, Riki or Shulk's spot heals are generally enough. For long drawn out boss fights, Sharla may be necessary.

The game doesn't recquire you to have a dedicated healer with little to no attack skills when everyone else can have skills to keep them alive AND dish out good damage AND be useful in long chain attacks.
