My issue was that 47 had an antagonist, well, antagonizing him through the game.
Stacked with the '47 is on the run' plot where you're being hassled by hillbillies and not travelling around the world fulfilling contracts, it was just so shitty.
Blood Money's antagonist was essentially the Franchise and their counter assassins, appearing in contracts and not outright sabotaging a mission and having you spend levels hunting them down or some bullshit.
