Why does this meme persist? Is it because of the ubiquity of PC gaming making us all take our medium or high end rigs for granted?
>absolutely terrified of deep sea
>sitting in my library waiting for me
>only interesting games on there are XCOM2 and Divinity OS 2, both of which will likely come to PS4.
Man PC gaming has really gone to shit. Too many F2P, indies, and mobile-tier games.
The predecessors of those two games sold like shit on consoles which is why they're PC exclusive this time around. I wouldn't count on it unless Sony literally pays them to release on PS4, which admittedly is possible considering how pathetic Sony is
Fuck you if you really aren't interested in Grim Dawn, Battlefleet Gothic and UT4 btw
I HATE it when people say PC doesn't have any worthwhile exclusives to build a PC for.
>early access shit and F2P
Couldn't give a fuck less.
Also Divinity OS sold over 20% of its sales on consoles, which is pretty good all things considered. Don't have numbers for XCOM, but the devs said they're open to it for sure, will likely be a port a few months down the road. I mean EU came to everything but the kitchen sink. Shit was on iOS and everything.
Imagine if you were serious tho and actually did only like weeb shit lmao
That's a different game though innit
>caring about exclusives
There are two reasons to care about exclusives.
1) You are a spoiled child who can only enjoy a game while knowing that the same game cannot be enjoyed by those who picked a different "side" in the gayer-than-butt-sex "console wars."
2) The platform you purchased has no value to you except for the value of those few games which cannot be played on other platforms.
Neither of these things apply to people who bought a PC for the right reasons.
Look, I don't like exclusives either, if it were up to me everything would be on everything
This thread's purpose is to dispel the meme that PC doesn't get exclusives that require a decent PC
I do probably play PC exclusives more than multiplats though so it's not like PC exclusives aren't a good reason to buy a PC
