So recently I started up a youtube channel dedicated to game music slowed down. The songs came out sounding awesome and mostly super relaxing. Anyone have any suggestions for songs I could slow down?
It sounds pretty damn good.
This one is being made into a video for sure.
Link your account then so i can go to sleep
Lets try this one.
Snufkin is pretty baller.
He's from the Moomin series, a Swedish fantasy for children.
Originally had illustrations, more lavishly reproduced at various times in stopmotion type stuff, and animation. I think they did an animu at one point. Several actually.
Both are pretty cool.
I'll give it a shot.
This would probably be good.
Have one slowed plan on doing others.
Going to be a little as I am cooking up one mean burger.
Thanks man. I'll be posting a lot just about every day. Got about 20 videos made that haven't been uploaded yet. And about 40 some odd songs slowed and ready to be made into a video. Just gota get around to it.
Can you do this one please? I think 75% is the in-game version.
For comparison see
from 0:22 to 0:34
Obvious spoilers though
>tfw all the Moomon episodes and fan videos got taken off Niconico
My life will never be the same.
It'd be a shame if you didn't do Deus Ex's main theme.
I can't explain it, but I just can't get enough of that doot. I totally understand if you don't loop it, so no worries. Enjoy Lisa, by the way. Great series.
This one, OP.
I played it on a Emulator, and the slow fps rate gave me a really comfy experience
Cheers, OP. That came out sounding nice.
>I don't listen to potentially good music because it comes from a specific medium that I said isn't ok
Hell yeah, probably going to bed soon so I subbed to check it out later. BTW that was just an extended version of that song incase you wanted to use the original but I'm sure you caught that. Most songs in that game are amazing but that's my favorite for sure. Awesome idea for a channel anon. I think lots of people will be interested in this type of thing.
Honestly, some games, as in .0001% of games, have decent soundtracks that sound like some actual effort was put into them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RzA_Oomra8 for instance is an example of a really quality soundtrack that could actually stand alone as music. For the most part though, vidya OST's are just generic beep boop synths arranged as if by a 15 year old brony musician who just downloaded the fruity loops trial. The only reason anyone likes them is because it reminds them of the game, but they would never be popular if they weren't delivered through that medium.
