There's no reason to do these in the first place unless you're in early game and need money, the generic ones just give you useless herbs that you'll have fucktons of anyway. The waiting times for these to finish are horrendous and pay into the P2P system Konami forced into this game.

And then there's the fact that on the PSP, you could even see the entire battle play out and influence the outcome WAY fucking more.

Well, Paz is actually one thing I think Phantom Pain did amazingly well. It played into both Venom's true identity and it was a clever way of acknowledging Peace Walker's fillery and humorous nature when in canon it was Big Boss running a business thriving on killing.

Which is why the rest of the plot upsets me so much, whoever did that last Paz tape you can get in V also probably had part in creating Skull Face's character and using Mantis as a literal deus ex machina.
