Well, you already have Fire, Psychic, and Electric covered. So that limits your options a bit. The only good ones out of the remaining ones are Vaporeon and Umbreon. Both are useful, but Vaporeon is better.

The larger your team, the less exp there is to go around. Also, the HM slave shouldn't get any EXP at all, so its essentially a 2-man team.
