Just get the PS3 versions.
I own the originals and the HD sets, and the "cut" content is literally just those minor minigames they added to Subs- versions. Nothing of the actual stories or main gameplay was removed.

Not to mention playing the games in HD resolutions, real widescreen and 60fps is so damn satisfying.
