42 Perfects on Rythm Heaven DS reporting in. I'd say 35-40 of the Perfects are realisitically possible. The rest require frame-perfect tapping/flicking which is almost impossible to do unless you play a real instrument. The final level is much easier than most, but it has its own special congratulation message. Beat it first try after struggling through Maoi DooWop2

You have to learn to do it with your eyes closed. The game has a very strict timer for the "Twah!" (Press and release). The beat counts when you *release* the stylus. When you press down does not matter, so you have to learn to make your presses consistent to match your inner timing. If you panic, your timing will be off, and say goodbye to your perfect. Every "Twah!" must be the same.
