All existing PayPal Slacker Backer rewards remain unaffected by the recent poll.

The poll was only to decide whether rewards that had been omitted (but previously available through Kickstarter) should be added to the line-up.

Only about a sixth of backers bothered to vote and the vast majority of those who did voted for " Either is fine with me" with about 45% of the vote.

The difference between voters who wanted it to be available to paypal plebs or not was just over 600. There simply wasn't that much of an outcry, despite what you seem to believe.
