You know this to be true.

Being honest though, Tooie is indeed better than kazooie in a lot of stuff. Its essentially bigger and more stuff to do. However sometimes the worlds were way too big and fell flat. Kazooie's worlds were smaller but had more charm. I can't put my finger on what is it that kazooie does better but I enjoyed more over tooie.

Also, you don't have to constantly switch back and forth. You typically spend a good chuck of time Dark Aether when doing an objective, and only go back to the light for a brief moment when you find portals, which is more of a breath of fresh air, since the environment isn't as hostile.

You never have to travel ALL the way to a node to go to dark, and back to go back to light, you usually find a portal nearby for when you're needed to switch. It's organic, the opposite of annoying.

Just admit you hated Dark Aether cause you sucked.

What I means is, the majority of people who loved Kazooie first, tend to prefer it over Tooie.

I played Kazooie first, and I owned Tooie first. Loved Kazooie, but always preferred Tooie.

I've beaten both like a million times, and I agree Tooie is objectively better. It's just more fleshed out and fun.

These days we just have a lot of Redditor memers who proclaim Tooie is inferior cause JonTron and other e-celebs prefer Kazooie. Even though Tooie is the perfect example of a sequel done right.

It's horror themed, but the game is primarily a TPS.
It accomplishes what it sets itself in a good way.

The lag isn't so bad. It can be a bit noticeable, but it's not peeving or impeding.

iirc, the emulators run the game mostly fine with the occasional crash.

The Xbox versions and Rare Replay run it perfectly.
