Far Cry 4 or Scholar of the First Sin?

If you've already played DS2, get FC4. The differences aren't really significant enough to warrant buying Scholar if oyu already have DS2.

If you haven't played DS2, get scholar.

They have so much replay value, I haven't even noticed. I literally cannot stop playing Bloodborne. made a level 43 milkweed/kos parasite build which I'm using to invade in early stages like cathedral. I rarely ever attack and lure the host into a swarm of enemies like the two hunters next to Vicar Amelia's boss room
