What games can you play without your arms?

All of them. With practice and enough dedication, people can get pretty good at using their feet, stubs, sticks in their mouths or whatever. You can say goodbye to becoming a StarCraft pro but you can certainly play games competently. And of course, as far as turn-based/pausable real-time or otherwise mechanically less taxing games are concerned, you can play them with full efficiency.
