I started at MGS2 and I went from there

1/TTS(superior remake) > 2 > 4 this is the solid snake arc ( think story arcs in sword art online)

3 > PO > PW > V this is the big boss arc hes a dad of solid snake

mg 1 + 2 this is the retro video game versions of it that tells the story of solid snake and big boss its its own arc.
mgr this is the raiden from mgs2 and mgs4 end of his story arc
