roms43 is ten times better in terms of download speeds. It doesn't use external websites and has a built in downloaded so it usually hits my max internet downloading speed of 1.2 mbs

I've had a gateway card since last year. I jumped the gun and when I bought a 3DS, I didn't make sure it was 4.5. I ended up buying one that was 6.1 and I've been sitting on a useless gateway card since. Glad I'll finally be able to use the damn thing.

Anyway, it kinda sucks that gateway isn't giving an ETA on release. I don't mind them taking their time, but I'd at least like to know if I should hold my breath. Are we talking days? Weeks? February? Just let me know so I'm not checking back in every day like some kind of asshole.

Yeah It's out for JP and AUS. I bought AUS so it would at least be English. Jap is cheaper though. I have a 4.5 firmware 3DS for my gateway but needed to snatch up an N3DS while they still work on them. Who knows when USA release will be and if that firmware will be hacked by then.

I have the original cart for Fantasy Life and I've been reading that you can easily back up your saves from the SD to PC, install everything Gateway and shit and then copy back the data onto the SD but for some reason, there's people claiming this doesn't work for Fantasy Life's save. What's that about? Should I worry?
Also, if I were to pirate the DLC and then for whatever reason entered the eShop and it wiped the random .cias you've installed, would it fuck up/wipe the save?
