These two are counterparts, right?
Shouldn't Lana be bustier? A bustier Lana would be lovely!
I'll take any chance I get to talk Hyrule Warriors.
How is the Adventure Mode map coming along, /v/?
Just remember, you cant fuck a corpse.
A friend brought his wiiu over and hyrule warriors so i could try it out a few weeks ago.
The graphics are acceptable but nothing special, but holy fuck it was jaggy as hell. playstation 2 level jaggyness. I thought wiiu could at least do 1080p with acceptable graphics
ah, I just got past that one. I went straight for Wizzro, he's the easiest to kill because he weakpoints with almost every attack. I also use the Gidbos and Messengers around him to grab weak point attacks on him. After him I go for Volga and try my best against him. I save the Aeralfos for last, he doesnt really gain much ground and is a fast kill too. Then just kill Ghirahim and the other captain with 1200 KOs and yah done.
Yep, quality drops pretty bad with multiplayer. I still enjoy playing that way though, its fun to split up tasks.
>past zelda games
>link saves zeldas ass many times but gets practically nothing in return
>link and zelda walk off HOLDING HANDS before fucking like rabbits
>sperglords whine over cia
good thing this shit aint canon and is just a lame OC spinoff
I just decided to start it because I found out that's how you unlock some if the other characters.
Now that I at least have Ghirahim, my buddy and I can really start to bro-op Ganon mode.
I see you haven't played the game m8
If they make a HW2, I want:
* more characters
* more weapons
* more locations
* everyone from the original game to return, though maybe a few will hand off some extra weapons to newcomers (Lana's Deku stick to Saria, perhaps)
And if it has an another absolutely ridiculous fanfic story, that's fine. Whatever it takes to get this bunch of lunatics on the same battlefield again.
hard to see the LOSS in this one, shouldnt have bothered.
jpg can't have transparency, you have to save as png or gif
Unlocked every character and every weapon type, but only 5 out of... something big... on tier 3s. Hell I don't even have 3 tier 2 weapons from the deep adventure mode character unlocks yet. Its a long road.
well, they touch hands, and given Cia and Lana's defeatist attitude, its confirmed that they'll end up having a strong relationship with each other.
Hard when you can only pick from pre-release screenshots.
Fuck this is horrifying
Just a reminder they implied that Lana and Cia were in a selfcest relationship
>Lana with a big fat ass booty bumping enemies while dancing around the battlefield
GHOST GAUNTLETJOBS, WOO WOO WOO
They are part of the same person yes but nothing says it has to be an equal split.
As I mentioned in a previous thread the other day it's possible that when Lana/Cia split they took on similar appearances with minor changes to what they think will draw Link to them more. As Lana is the light side, she's more modestly dressed and has an upbeat happy go lucky personality while Cia goes straight to the point with sex appeal and domination due to her dark side. The size differences in some aspects may also be a result of this.
Lana with no focus on her tits kept her regular size, Cia puts em on display and made em larger
Dont know, would have to check Koei's track record. Maybe, if the season pass ends as soon as the first pack is released, I can see there being some complete edition.
the same voice (grunt?) actor for lia/cia also did Mugi from k-on!!
and Serah from FFXIII!
i refuse to look at her picture though, i hate seeing voice actors from video games and anime
>yfw you realize that Lana is going to have to live the rest of her life with the knowledge that she got NTR'd along with her other half while serving beside Link every day in the Hyrulean Army.
I've still yet to try this glitch out, too busy playing the game seriously.
Kinda sucks that it doesnt work for everyone, just those with multiple weapons. Would LOVE to see Cia using the summoning gate.
>It doesn't even look like the thought of pursuing Zelda occurs to Link until Cia mentions it.
Link also would've never even met Zelda (most likely) if Cia didn't start the war.
Hardly NTR since she never was dating Link in the first place.
Link has literally no personality in this game. He's just along for the ride because he plays the hero part well.
Hell, Link rarely has ANY personality in ANY game. Even the much-toted expressiveness of Wind Waker only showed his reactions to events, not really much about his person. Short of living a quiet life in some remote town, dude's an empty slate.
It was more Ganon starting shit yet again than Cia doing this all. She was content to sit back and be jealous but Ganon decided to corrupt her.
I actually really feel bad for Cia. Poor girl just wanted to be with her husbando in her zelda tv show and when she finally got the chance she became the villain. Sliced up by the one she loved.
>design is a shitty Animorphs bastardization of a classic OoT boss
>is an OC faggot who TK made so powerful that Link needs help from the Great Fairy and Zelda to defeat him
>acts like a teenager's tough-guy edgelord self-insert
Reminder that Volga a shit.
Nah it'll all be more weapons for Link
Proxi has the same VA as pic related.
I realize its before they revealed what she originally looked like, but still.
Cia is the superior half.
Hope I don't get bored of this game, just got to Ganondorf's parts. I almost was having buyer's remorse not getting Smash 3DS instead or Super Mario 3d World...but this game has held me for 12 hours so far.
Nah Link was showcasing exceptional prowess during the drills. He would have made Brigadier by the end of the year tops.
Link reacting to things isn't new, he was doing that back in OOT, and he was emoting just fine ever since to show a basic level of interest and at least a "hot/cold" opinion in things. So many cutscenes, so many scripted battle events. For the conclusion they chose there could have been SOMETHING to hit at it beyond a shared glance at the start. Even it it was just Link making an emotional reaction, picking up the unconscious Zelda and galloping off after the last Ganondorf mission.
If they make a second one, they need to make a more varied win condition. Simply beating the enemy commanders isn't enough. Maybe make them based on lore or something.
Also, more weapons and skills for them and what would be sick is including all the old Zelda games as unlockables/playable and if you beat the game with restrictions or on hard mode or whatever, you unlock shit. And more art and lore to unlock.
All things considered, those were probably not possible this time around due to time/budget constraints. I'm sure if they made a HW2, they'll add a ton more stuff an variety.
Also, I kind of doubt they'd be able to add old Zelda games as unlockables because you can buy them now off eshop. I doubt Nintendo would want to package 5+$ games for free and no advertisement.
Is there ANY WiiU game that doesn't sell like shit?
>The story ends with Cia gone forever
anon ... ;_;
She also voiced pic related.
>Trying to rape the guy who beat the 7'0" nigger
> get what I feel is the last t3 weapons I "need" for the characters I like
> "What to do now..."
> "Hmm, I can try this T3, but this character is really underleveled..."
> refuse to spend rupees to level them up
> play a few large-scale missions with them to learn their moves
> start to really like the character
> get kind of obsessed
> git gud enough to get their t3
> obsess over making a great 5-star weapon for it
> feel satisfied with progress
> cycle repeats
This happens to me for literally every character and weapon
Just Cia, Lana, and Zelda.
Agitha never gave a shit, Impa still sees him as a child or at least as a trainee with so much to learn, and to my surprise; neither Midna or Ruto attempt to claim Link as their Link Surrogate.
Worldwide or just Europe?
Hurts being in NA and having to wait a month for one of the later packs for some dumb reason.
>game jacks off OoT, TP, and SS
>only thing from TWW is one weapon
I could understand if the problem was with the clashing art styles, but there's nothing but only the one weapon? Liberties could be taken, and I'd be okay with it. I'd even be happy with TWW-inspired costumes, pajama Link, Tetra for Zelda, and TWW Ganondorf already uses two swords anyway.
At the beginning, it made it a little more convenient for me since I didn't plan on playing Darunia, Sheik, or Midna.
Then I found out Sheik is pretty fun to play.
I'm only recently learning Darunia because Adventure Mode.
Still haven't played Midna yet.
The baton itself. It's unlocked in adventure mode.
I haven't played HW yet, but from what I gather, this is definite proof that there are multiple timelines in-universe (not just confirmed by Historia) right? Does this mean there's tons of other Cias out there who manage to get together with Link?
The thought of that makes her end in HW a bit more bittersweet.
It's not just TP, and is kind of a gripe for me with the story in HW. Not many of the Zelda games directly imply or say Link gets paired with Zelda at all yet here comes HW with a character that is super jelly of how the two are always together, completely missing the point that while they are linked through destiny, it's not to fuck but save Hyrule.
Cia/Lana could easily get Link from any time line most likely without fucking anything up but the issue would then be that she seems to be an eternal being while Link is not.
> Not many of the Zelda games directly imply or say Link gets paired with Zelda at all yet here comes HW
You didn't understand the story of HW. It's not that Cia was jelly because Link was romantically involved with Zelda, but she was asshurt because Link's spirit is tied to Zelda's. He will always reincarnate with her if the need arises, which is the real issue for Cia - she wanted to be bound to him by soul for eternity not just lust after his physical form.
The spirit of the Hero and Hylia always end up together, its spiritual not physical. Remember that its Link's soul that Cia falls in love with, the spirit of the Hero, who's always attached to Zelda's spirit.
>Lana's T2 Gate map
>Captains fucking EVERYWHERE
Holy shit, there were fucking 10 captains and 4 raid captains in my fucking base at the same damn time and half were on different sides and all morale boosted. Thank god I could use the book on this map because
that was fun as fuck. Lana and Cia back to back defending the keep against fucking everything was also amazing
The Gundam Dynasty Warriors games would be the best parallel for this. Only like a third of the franchise even got a place in the first game, and any from outside the UC got maybe 2 reps tops.
Hopefully further supported sequels will clear that up like it did for Gundam and other licensed games.
How do those work anyways? You have to unlock everyone's T3 weapons before you can work on the 25k kills?
So what happens when the new adventure map hits? You have to collect all the T4 weapons and T3 for the three new characters in order to work on the 25k kills?
Have you just been rushing for the weapons stages? Because I have the 25k seal on nearly every weapon/character type available to me except 2 or 3 characters.
And I still have 6 weapons to go. Zant T2&3, Agitha, Ganondorf, Darunia and Ghirahim T3.
>You'll never have a dark-skin tittymonster love you for your very soul
Reality is suffering
No, not really. I have only the left corner left and a few skulltulas/hearts left to get spread around the map. I've been taking my time really. Guess I'm just unlucky. Hell, the skill isn't even on a T3 but a T1 weapon...
Wait then why is Cia's dying resignation so concerned about rejection, and asking Lana about how she can go on without acting on her feelings for Link? I had taken that to mean she had tried to woo the Links in alternate timelines and failed.
But you're saying this is about just having his noble soul entwined with her's. So even if she would succeeded at... say getting in TP Link's pants, bed, heart, and prom photo; she would accomplish nothing in the scheme of her plan. It's not Link's will that makes him reincarnate with Zelda; it's Zelda's.... or Hylia's... or Demise's I'm unclear on who's technically doing what; but it isn't Link.
Unless Cia has the power to make others immortal, as I assume she was to watch over time; she can't actually have the power to defy that function of reality. Unless she just wants to rip his soul out and keep it in a jar; but that defeats the companionship notion.
Well it's impossible for it to be canon. In the game when Impa and Shiek/Zelda go to the OoT world, the recognize it as the "Era of the Hero of Time" which would be impossible since if they DID recognize it, that'd mean they were in the WW timeline which would fuck it all up. Additionally, Lana knows about the Twilight Era, which is the other half of that timeline split. The cast can't know about both because knowing about one eliminates the other.
They always end up with their destinies intertwined.
They do not always end up together in a relationship.
That said, sometimes Zelda isn't even in the equation and it's just a time of crisis.
was just replacing Malon with Cia from that gossip stone. Both respectively the best girls of their games.
I wondered quite a bit at why whenever Cia met Link she immediately attacked him. This was answered when we find that she was being possessed by Ganondorf.
Later however, free from 'dorf's grip, she's still corrupted and decides to gather the Triforce for herself and presumably kill Link. I figured that she either had a plan to take Link's soul somehow after killing him (being a dark sorceress and all) or planned on using the Triforce's power to wish for pretty much the same thing.
Give me one reason I shouldn't. "She's a mary Sue" is not a reason because she isn't. She get's her ass kicked by Ganondorf while she has the Triforce of Power, and she is not more instantly loved by than anyone else who joins the Link/Zelda/Impa throughout the course of the story.
Has fun movesets, is easy on the eyes and the story doesnt make me hate her at all. She's really pathetic in there, kinda makes me sympathetic.
Her singing with the summoning gate can get annoying, but eh, I dont use it often anyway.
People hate her for being a "Mary Sue" and for being to Japanese in a Japanese game.
>Weaker than Link
>Weaker than Cia
>Weaker than Ganondorf (even when wielding the ToP)
>Weaker than a bunch of random mooks
They're just blinded by unwarranted hate.
Lana DOESN'T recognize the Twilight Era though. She doesn't know who Midna is, she doesn't give the army pointers about the Twilight, and the narration suggests she is unfamiliar with the ERA, but is familiar with the Twilight REALM. Which would still exist outside of timelines it was tapped.
There was no reason to capture Zelda if she did not have the Triforce of Wisdom. Since the Sacred Realm was never opened in the first place, he couldn't get at the Triforce. Problem solved.
No, it was the future that Link saved where Ganondorf came back but Link wasn't there anymore since he got sent back in time to the Child Timeline so they prayed to the goddesses to said "Fuck it, drown the bitch".
I haven't read the Hyrule Historia but iirc WW happens because the Hero dies in the final fight in OoT (or you could argue that he never appears as child Link never takes up the sword). As a last resort the sages pray to the gods to seal Ganon which results in Hyrule being flooded.
Tetra being brownish can easily just be a tan. Besides a brownish skin color wouldn't survive generations from one generation of acquiring it.
These stupid fucking bosses that get dropped in the middle of shit and then you have to wait ages for them to show their weakness and cannot force it at all ruin the game for me.
Havent gotten far enough to know if its a thing, but they'd probably put it in anyway and just give it a fire element for kicks.
that massive booty
that massive bust
Do none of you faggots own Hyrule Historia?
>and for being too Japanese in a Japanese game
No. We dislike her for being a Japanese pop idol in a very obviously western fantasy setting that has never known idols outside of Din the Dancer in Oracle of Seasons.
>cannot force it at all
But you can on all but the Imprisoned. Just focus spirit and use focus special manually.
That said fuck those "kill x in 10min" stages then they dump 3-4 giant bosses that chase after you and eventually get buffed by the PC bosses.
Worst shit is easily Gohma and the Imprisoned on those stages.
All Hyrule Historia says is that there are three timelines - Child, Adult, and Failure.
Failure didn't specify what happened except that the Dorf won. My theory is that it's one of the timelines that Link 'leaves' during his quest, since he has to warp back to a Child at least twice throughout OoT, meaning that he would've abandoned a timeline mid-quest where the Dorf could've gained power.
I decided to use you're a big sword for Demise.
Looking at >>267556414 it does specify what happened. Ganon killed Link in the final battle.
It's simple because they consistently keep Ganon and Ganondorf as two separate entities.
fucking this! I can get across the map and start getting KOs from a new crop of mooks and pretty much demolish all of them before the fat plant fuck comes panting his way near, and I just head back and do the same until I complete the mission.
With Ghomas, fuck all that, they will chase you down. I will wait until they shoot a laser at you and stun them before running away.
In the Failure rout, they amass an army and go to war with Ganon and barely manage to seal him away using the power of the Sages who managed to get the Triforce. That was the Sealing War.
I remember for a while before Cia's big ol' titties were shown off everyone thought this game was going to cover the Sealing War.
Kinda makes sense, would like to see a game take place around that time.
