I dislike how they feel most of the time along with the narrow "hitbox" for lack of a better word. I like weapons that feel more meaty when they strike a target, my go-to weapons are usually swords with axes in second mostly depending on the game.

My real main "weapon" though is usually magic. I fucking love throwing around explosions, summoning undead and just general fun utility spells some games have. I also really enjoy huge AoE attacks which is usually where magic shines.

I was Iterating that the Fume UGS weighs about 9-14 KG depending on how you interpret the weight system (using a Longsword for baseline at 3 units and 28 unit FUGS).
And a zweihaender might weigh between 2-4 KG I think.

Lifting and swinging things are two entirely different things.
You need to keep in mind that in addition to even swinging the damn thing you need to also be on the move, be able to guard against counterattacks and be able to resume swinging in an efficient manner following your first swing.

On top of that a stupid sword like that would not be very good for someone in a battle.
A big reason for this is because you wouldn't really be able to do anything with it OUTSIDE of battle ironically enough.
It is totally impractical to transport and that is already pretty damning as to its usefullness as a weapon.

There is ultimately a reason why swords and other similiar battlefield weaponry tended to not go over 4-5 KG.

But then again they were all malnourished peasants so what do they know?
