Does RPGCodex have a conflict of interest towards cRPGs and old-school adventure games? There are developers of games and spoke-persons talking with us on the forums. There is a former mod that develops his own game. There are collective-funds for the kickstarters like POE, Wasteland 2 and D:OS.
RPGCodex makes reviews and previews of every game appearing on kickstarter, even if they backed it. They shat on Blackguards, on Expedition conquistador, on Shadowrun Returns, praised D:OS and will probably shit on Wasteland 2.

There is no conflict of interest in wanting a game you find interesting to BE ACTUALLY GOOD. If it's shit, you should be able to EXPRESS YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT ABOUT IT.
