Did it do well enough to get a sequel? Will Nintendo make a sequel even if it didn't? Absolutely fantastic game. If you're on the fence about getting it I'd highly recommend it.

-Fast as fuck action
-Difficulty slider allows you to make the game insanely tough
-Higher difficulty rewards you better weapons
-Nice selection weapon types
-Twisting and turning plot
-Campy and silly humor and characters
-Online play that is still alive
-Nice amount replayabilty down to the shit load of challenges they threw in

Once you adjust to the controls it's a great game.
