I now only watch streams based on doing something specific, like speedrunning streams or challenge runs. I've been a member of the community since late 2010, when they had barely 50 viewers. I'm as oldfag as oldfag gets.

Around July 2013 I stopped, I couldn't enjoy the streams or the chat anymore for various reasons. But this week I came back to check out how the site was, and I can definitely confirm there are only a few oldfags, most people left, and the ones that stayed from that era are the core of the circlejerk (Incoming, Dem, Commie, etc, those guys).

The quality of the community in general has nosedived since 2013, and despite the time I spent there, I basically cannot interact anymore because everyone ignores whoever is not spouting whatever memes are "in" at the time.
Vinesauce was at some point a great place to hang out, but the people I hanged out with have all left and I have no idea what monster took their place.

It's not even a matter of attention whoring or anything, I just cannot interact with the chat anymore, I don't belong in whatever it is that it became.
