Pastebin with all sorts'a thang: http://pastebin.com/HhBCSkHx
Almost -30ºC / -22ºF outside, what's you neechans' favored method of keeping warm?
To be honest, I'm amazed how warm Korrasami still makes me feel inside even after a full year.
All the lewd handholding makes me hot under the collar.
It's about 12ºC / 53ºF where I'm at, you poor sucker. So really, what is this "cold" you people speak of?
>Is it really the korrasami, or is it the liquor, anon?
From one drunk to another, yes.
I love any art that has Asami
womanhandling Korra like a babby. For all the "canon little spoon Asami" stuff since turtleduck date night, I imagine Korra would be all about being pampered.
Kojima was right. I DO regret my words and deeds.
tfw no firebender gf to keep your warm during winterheart's nights Didn't I say this exact thing with this exact image in one of the previous threads too?
Luckily next week will be slightly less of a reverse inferno. Still -15ºC-ish / 5ºF-ish, but will actually be able to go outside without first having to turn my blood into antifreeze with a barrel of vodka.
Just gonna leave this here, and maybe trigger some of you.
>Kojima was right
Man am I glad he can finally do his own thing now. I got the feeling he was starting to get depressed with Konami forcing him to churn out MGS after MGS despite him wanting to do new stuff.
>Didn't I say this exact thing with this exact image in one of the previous threads too?
Be glad it took a year, nechan.
I'm not triggered.
I... I don't know how to feel.
Nope. If that were the case, it would have happened back in season one when Bryan wanted it. Instead, it only happened much later when Mike and the other writers were convinced it was the right direction to take.
What exactly were Korra and Asami getting up to during the previous two weeks? The show gives the impression that Mako has barely spoken to either of them during that time. But Korra apparently has been tight with Asami. How did Korra first approach Asami? We see Asami admitting to Korra that everyone knew what happened between Manko and her, but how was Asami before that? Was she just so focused on supporting Korra in RC that she hadn't a chance to bring that up? Or more likely didn't want to?
To bed with you then.
Such softness. It looks so haram, but it feels so halal...
>To bed with you then.
It took me three minutes to type this.
Am I supposed to be mad at something, you goof?
>tfw thought she had black hair until Book Four
Suffice it to say, I was surprised when I went back and looked at her hair in the earlier seasons.
I dunno? Cos drink? Imagine it's Fire Wine from the FN. Anywho, nighty night.
>What exactly were Korra and Asami getting up to during the previous two weeks?
I imagine Asami takes at least one week to get FI back in order. Korra is probably recuperating then too, as well as stabilizing things in the WTs. They both only take the week to do all that because they're just that amazing, and take full advantage of Bryke's inability to cobble together realistic economic/government/otherwise bureaucratic systems.
>The show gives the impression that Mako has barely spoken to either of them during that time.
Nope, he wallowed and sulked. Korra shrugged and said "Oh well. Hey Asami!"
>How did Korra first approach Asami?
I'm inclined to think Asami approached Korra. They run into each other on Temple Island. Or possibly at City Hall. Asami's there for paperwork and Korra's there to bang her head against a wall--er, discuss the spirite-y changes to RC with Raiko.
>how was Asami before that?
Hmm. Probably a combo of trying to be supportive and not wanting to bring up an uncomfortable topic if Korra didn't. And perhaps at the start she was unsure if they would be close friends, so held off. Then after spending so much one on one time together she realized they were fast becoming best friends, so she decided to broach the subject to lay it rest so it wouldn't hang over their friendship.
Then she says "screw friendship what I really need is a true gal pal" and starts flirting.
>Am I supposed to be mad at something, you goof?
Didn't you notice
the nail polish!?
I can see some early 2000s 3dcg porn being offensive to the senses. That pic is pretty well made however with believable curves and shading.
It's clear and above the uncanny valley that may have hampered 3d porn back in the internet's infancy.
>I'm so torn over this pic. Everything is done really well, except those faces.
Sadly, that's the price we pay with tumblr. Just be glad they didn't have Bozo the Clown noses.
I am extra triggered by the fact that you did not spoiler your image.
Dang, this doesn't fit as neatly as the Silent Hill AUs... Asami should be Alphys, but she should also be Chara. Mako fits Papyrus to a tee. All pomp and glory, but ultimately, Sans is the one that poses the true challenge. I really don't know if Tenzin or Tonraq should be Asgore.
>Even though I'm not a fan of her sky blue tank top
She actually spent at least half of the first two seasons in her navy jacket.
>I wonder how she'd look in that with her bob cut?
I imagine adorable. The baby blue gives an air or innocence the royal blue doesn't.
Aren't Chara and Frisk distinct?
I don't think Korra and Asami are necessarily predatory agents of the gay agenda. Though I could imagine either of them being wrangled in by the airbender girlfriends during book three when they saw how obviously gay Korra/Asami was.
It's fantasy stuff that doesn't translate to reality.
Could have had Opal be friends with Korra and fangirling over her like Bolin but with actually having a reason to be around because the jumpstart of a new nation.
But I guess Bolin needed a place to pool his lava.
Uninteresting cultural titbit: Chara means "Friend" in Gaelic, so the fandom name choice for the lost child had a nice resonance for me.
Opal could have filled a nice slot in Team Avatar. Sadly, the showrunners were too concerned with everybody's favourite to pursue that.
Don't get me wrong. I don't want Opal to be gay. I just think she would have offered a lot as part of the group dynamic. I really would have liked to have seen her interacting with Asami and Mako as well as Korra and Bolin like we see.
Well, she was awfully butthurt about Kuvira even before she went all spirit weapon of mass destruction. Like Kuvira being awfully fixated on Su, there's just enough there that makes me side eye them just a little.
I mean I'd peg all three of them a bit gay over Kya and Lin, who don't give us any gay subtext at all.
Well maybe not Su, she only did it once for attention.
At the point Opal is introduced the group has honestly split into Korra/Asami and Mako/Bolin, with interactions here and there, but mostly sticking to those pairs. I'm thinking that perhaps during the Zaofu trips in Book Three, and the posts "Reunion" scenes in Book Four that it would have been fun to have Opal interacting with the others as a group.
>Well maybe not Su, she only did it once for attention.
Kya never did forgive her for that girl's suicide.
>I'm thinking that perhaps during the Zaofu trips in Book Three, and the posts "Reunion" scenes in Book Four that it would have been fun to have Opal interacting with the others as a group.
Not enough time I would say. Even Bolin/Opal was barely there if you ask me.
>Someone post that barista comic iahfy made.
It's nice to see Kyhu trying out a different artstyle. :^)
New page from Smoke and Shadow, though I'm not sure anyone is still reading the atla comics.
She's really not. At first she seems maybe just above average, but in Boiling Rock and Sozin's Comet she's way competent. Not Ty Li level, but close combat with no bending? Top level.
Top level compared to faceless poor quality soldiers, maybe.
I have trouble believing she'd be "top level" against say, a skilled Dai Li agent (not using bending), or the better chi-blockers. Basically anyone with a decent amount of training an experience, because that's all she is, not amazing skill or talent, just training.
I am always leery of the whole "Korra works in a coffee shop" thing AUs seem to keep repeating, but this is pretty cute.
I still see AU Korra as a soccer/football jock, though. Or a basketball player.
Probably played wheelchair basketball for a while.
The only Dai Li agents shown to be highly skilled are benders (actually do we even see any nonbending agents?). Also Suki does hold her own against Ty Li on rematch. And managing to take over an entire FN airship seems something only someone with very high level skill/talent can do.
I honestly don't see why you're so bent on dragging Suki down to barely above average when the show has pretty blatantly shown otherwise.
I'm laughing so hard rn. You're the one I was talking with? Damn no wonder it felt like I was talking to a wall.
I'm surprised it took them that long to delete the solo pics. I'm going to to pridefully assume it was my posting of WobbuKorrafet that tipped the scales
even though it probably wasn't.
I've had a few singles removed over the past year, but I've never been warned for posting them.
>This here is still Korra. She's dressed as her voice actress. Who is also FEMALE.
>tfw the thread I made with the actual pic of Janet in that pose was the only LoK thread to have its OP removed by a mod
Feels bad, sis.
>We tried to get you to go to /aco/ ages ago, but it didn't take.
You mean one shitposter spammed one thread and gave up after realising the futility of the endeavour?
>I am always leery of the whole "Korra works in a coffee shop" thing AUs seem to keep repeating,
Just tumblrinas drawing what they know.
>I always liked the idea of her being a swimmer.
I like that idea. It's something she can excel at without needing a team (fuck the Fire Ferrets) and ties into canon abilities.
For the anon asking about PVB's new ep in the last thread, here's an update:
>See you all on /aco/ apparently because we're no longer welcome here.
Don't be a drama queen.
>Addtionial Tags: Cuckolding
ayyy lmao shouldn't this apply to every Korrasami fic re: Mako?
If two girls get drunk and take advantage of eachothers' drunk state to have completely nonconsensual inebriated sex, which one is the rapist and which one is the rapee?
Cause you know, if it's a drunk man and a drunk woman, the man is always the rapist.
It's obviously the
Korra, you're going to jail.
>Even if it's /u/ that is still shit
>nevermind out of character for Korra and Asami.
This and this. Even by mid-book one, Korra realised how shitty it was to go after someone in a relationship. Asami even feels guilty for pursuing precious Mako again after he broke up with Korra, and even apologises to her.
>I doubt she has them too. It's just DickHammersmith draws girls /fit/.
Have you seen how fit she is?!
That's the one. Hasn't been posted here in its entirety in quite a while, so I thought I'd share it again.
Dare you read it all?
>Have you seen how fit she is?!
She let herself go during the timeskip.
Squats all day every day!
This is for /u/. Try not to spread it around neechans.
Like I said, try to keep this on LoK /u/, gals.
I don't even like Korrasami porn. I'm in it foe the lewd handholding.
>Most of her non-glove action was with her legs though. I doubt she does extensive training for her stomach muscles.
Keeping the core strong is vital for good form and posture. I'll bet she's dense as fuck down there.
>drunk korrasami lewds
Funny, the drunk pics I've always seen invariably show Korra as the drunk one, whereas I bet she has a constitution of a polar bear and Asami is the giddy lightweight.
>I got the feeling he was starting to get depressed with Konami forcing him to churn out MGS after MGS despite him wanting to do new stuff.
Apparently, he actually wanted to make Peace Walker, but all the others are MGS1 were obligations he had to fulfil.
>I imagine Asami takes at least one week to get FI back in order.
I could see a fast track to a judge (and they exist in the Avatarverse) annulling Varrick's stake in Future Industries, but even that would take some time, so a week minimum seems about right.
>They both only take the week to do all that because they're just that amazing
They really should have made the timeskip a while longer. Two months seems a little more realistic.
>take full advantage of Bryke's inability to cobble together realistic economic/government/otherwise bureaucratic systems.
Are you suggesting we want to be bogged down in the political and bureaucratic minutiae of a captain of industry and the Superpope dealing with the fallout of a massive crisis in a major city after the world nearly ended? In a cartoon for babies?[/RLM]
>Nope, he wallowed and sulked. Korra shrugged and said "Oh well. Hey Asami!"
I wouldn't be surprised if Asami was glued to Korra all the way back on the ship to RC. When Korra arrived back in RC, Asami was all about her, even though Asami thought she herself was still with Mako. She seemed pretty in awe of Korra's accomplishment (and she's eager to talk about it again in Book 4) when Jinora wakes up.
>Then she says "screw friendship what I really need is a true gal pal" and starts flirting.
I wonder if it was a conscious choice?
Appreciate it. Don't want to discourage people from making Korrasami content.
>Do squats on Korra's face count?
>Are you suggesting we want to be bogged down in the political and bureaucratic minutiae of a captain of industry and the Superpope dealing with the fallout of a massive crisis in a major city after the world nearly ended? In a cartoon for babies?
Well no one liked that shit in the Star Wars prequels for example
>Raava, the symbol of light and good
>placed on the rug
>in a lesbian sex pad
The problem wasn't that there were politics (although there was probably more than there should have been), it was that they made no sense whatsoever. Like Asami's business sideplot or even Mako's detective work, it's got strong potential to tie into the regular plot/world build/character build, EXCEPT BRYKE ROYALLY F'ED IT UP and we instead got "only smart person in the entire world" Mako and "doesn't know the basics of business/ is helpless" Asami, which culminated in "oh god not this shit again" Masami 2.0. So I guess it's good Bryke didn't bother with much more bureaucracy beyond surface level after Book 2. Although I really enjoyed that one quip from Bumi about how it's totally legal for the Earth Queen to kidnap the new air benders for her army, and everyone just ignored that.
>Although I really enjoyed that one quip from Bumi about how it's totally legal for the Earth Queen to kidnap the new air benders for her army, and everyone just ignored that.
Heh. Well it IS.
More like Bryke ignored it when Tenzin and Korra kidnapped them into the new Air Nation.
Sucks to be the Air Acolytes too. Tenzin didn't consider them worth anything because they couldn't bend.
>Heh. Well it IS.
Under any other circumstances, as the Avatar, Korra should have been stopping Tenzin and the others. But the whole dealio is to maintain the cultures, and if there was a chance to resurrect the Air Nomads, she had to take it. In that respect, Avatar's word > Earth Queen's word.
Tenzin's a very flawed person. He flat out admitted to Bumi that even as Aang's son, he was only able to become a true member of the Air Nation when he gained airbending.
>Tenzin's a very flawed person.
It's also through Tenzin and his interactions with his siblings that we see how flawed Aang had been.
He had been so excited to have an air bender around and the opportunity to really start to revive the Air Nomads that he completely neglected his other children.
From what we know of Aang from ATLAB, he wouldn't likely do this on purpose, but just get so caught up in his excitement that he forgets important details, like his other two kids.
So Tenzin, getting the special treatment, didn't even realize how much Bumi and Kya resented his favoritism.
Which is why they tried to go the quiet route (sneak out the airbenders) rather than the loud route (Korra Avatar states the palace into the sky). The Queen would have used either as a pretext for an attack anyway, though all the other nations would have likely sided with Korra.
Hate to break it to you, but if you have to watch it with a certain mindset in order for it to make sense, then it's poorly done. I remember watching S3 and S4 for the first time and knowing full well that Korrasami might become a thing, still none of their behavior was out of the ordinary for best friends. They had so many opportunities to break out of that mold, but they never did until the very last scene. Compare that to how obvious Korra's and Mako's feelings were for each other, and it's not even close. It was shittily done, and even before they were called out on it Bryan accused everyone who didn't think it was very good of being homophobic.
On unrelated news, /pol/ is having the time of their lives with China's stock plummeting.
Oh, it's you again.
Did you get bum patched up yet?
>Lemmy and Ziggy within two weeks
Fuck this world.
>/pol/ is having the time of their lives
Do I see another pollack?
>In this situation, especially with Katara, it doesn't add up to me.
I think Bumi and Kya were reticent about how they felt and acted out in other ways. Katara wasn't omniscient, and Bumi would have been nearly an adult when Aang was showing his favoritsm to Tenzin. She likely wrote that off. As for Kya, she probably assumed her behaviour
was just a gay thing.
It's foreign and cute. Plus you can't yell if the delivery is bad or not.
Just happened to be in the neighborhood being bored. Didn't matter the subject matter; I just like habbenings.
Probably why I sometimes like /sp/erging out.
We should get her to play Undertale to make the obvious crossover art.
Also good to know that her patreon seems to get some speed.
Oh, /co/, you're just so cute sometimes. Like a tiny little toy dog that barks at everything that moves, convinced it's some totally ferocious guard dog.
>Worst ship in Avatar
How quickly we forget Makorra.
>only thing good about korrasami is that it's hot.
You honestly find Asami attractive? Like I can't get past how Asami's jaw is so sharp that it could puncture the hull of an empire-class Fire Nation battleship, leaving thousands to drown at sea, because it's so sharp.
And Korra's new haircut sucks.
Minimum effort bait. At least copypaste something longer next time. You shame Concerned with your lack of effort.
Bryke wanted them do. Nick axed the idea. Then decided to bask in the praise that LoK received after the ending.
> Win that big lottery going on right now
> Make offer to Nick to but Avatar Franchise
> Continue making Avatar content
> All is well.
The one in Spain is larger, and in euros so more value.
Now do you mean Bryke win and continue which they clearly aren't full on board with since they are working on other projects separately with the occasional Skype or Cali. meet-up? Or someone wins who hires people that can actually write well consistently?
I think they're both done with the Avatarverse as a TV franchise for the time being. You could probably get them right on board for a oneoff animated movie though, whether AtLA or LoK. I'd really enjoy seeing either. Not an "end of the world" story. Just some exciting episode in either main characters' life. Mid-twenties Korra fighting some rogue former EK state with increased sci-fi influences. Or Zuko uncovering a conspiracy/rebellion against him the FN.
>>And Korra's new haircut sucks.
Yeah. Shoulda gone with the pixie cut.
>And Korra's new haircut sucks.
Shit taste confirmed.
A self hating Air
Jew/Nomad? Too cliché.
>Nah can't be. He's too good an artist.
It's not quality. It's about his vision not being recognised and acknowledge by "high class" art snobs like Huan.
But that would
make Suyin HItler![/pol/]
>Could you get Bryke to finally admit that Suyin is a villain?
Get off of /u/, Lin.
>Even got a nominal KuvOpal.
>'haram' is literally from the area east of Greco-Roma known as 'Asia'
>No one cares about your opinion, Kuvira. History's written by the winners.
I know, right? It's got everything. Mechanic Asami. Slightly belligerent (well, let's say "determined") when drunk Korra. Asami giving Korra grease eyebrows in retaliation. All in a pleasant drawing style.
Kneechans tasukete me!
I've pretty much emptied my /u/ manga repository over the past several days but the aching, it just won't stop. Been mere weeks since I finished rewatching LoK too so that's too soon to do again.
I know now why so many of you drink so much But I don't think I can do that what with the heartburn that makes me want to shoot myself every time I ingest even a little bit of ethanol
I get your pain (in both respects). Gonna do a stream tomorrow to make up for not being able to during the anniversary.
Huh, I seem to have a lot of kissing, hugging,
hand holdingand other miscellaneous lewdness but fairly little cuddling. Guess that's a bit dependent on what you regard as cuddling though.
Drakyx is the champion of cuddling though.
>all the futa/dick tags
oh yeah sure, can't wait to read all that garbage
How can it be real if our eyes aren't real?
I don't know who made it but I doubt it's anyone from the show.
Triggered easily eh?
Incestuous mother-daughter daisy-chain DBZ/LoK xover?
It's fanmade. From Samantha Dodge, I think. One of the more underrated Korrasami artists.
>Triggered easily eh?
I'm triggered that the Feudal Lord fic never got past the first chapter ;_;
Senna was even gayer than Sailor Uranus until someone even more in tune with lesbianism was allowed to procreate with her unbelievably lesbian womb.
> “The lilies are white this year.”
>“And yet they bloom fully.”
>“Have you any lily tea?”
>“Not I. But come in anyway.”
Aang pretty much set up his son and daughter to help his reincarnation become a lesbian.A noble calling.
> “Why, I'm the master architect of Korra and Asami's relationship,” said the masked man. “I am
Mako, and the victory of the White Lilies is my handiwork!”
Sides are in orbit.
Wouldn't mind it if it was her.
But seeing things like pic related and then checking out their page.
>haven't seen season 2 yet.
>last Korra thing they made was in 2013
I guess that means they finally saw season 2. Why did Spirit have to kill all interest in the series?
This is really very nice. What do you think, /u/?
>Why did Spirit have to kill all interest in the series?
Took over a year to come out. Immediately pissed off all the people that were sick of Makorra, all the people that loved Makorra, all the people that loved the first season's animation, and all the people that loved Korra. The last one was my biggest issue, because she was the reason I was watching the show, and they did a lousy job portraying her understandable side of things for the first half of the season. Add in the horrible RC subplots, terrible villains, and wonky themes, and it's no surprise so many people jumped ship. Season one hadn't earned the show the right to go as far as they wanted to in Book Two.
Dang, this is one of her best pics in a while.
Pretty nifty, though it just highlighted how tailor-made perfect the ending theme was for that scene. Whoever did the tempo synching and looping, if any, is pretty damn good. Couldn't hear any abrubt cuts.
I greatly prefer the original cause holy shit it's just too fucking good. Always loved the sound of erhu and the LoK theme just nails it. The percussion in that piece is perfect too.
>I greatly prefer the original cause holy shit it's just too fucking good.
Ditto, but I think the Avatar finale ending theme resonates a lot. Shows what a great composer Jeremy Zuckerman is.
>Always loved the sound of erhu and the LoK theme just nails it.
One thing about the LoK finale theme is that you're very unlikely to ever confuse it with anything else.
I despise a lot of things about shipping in Korra actually. Korrasami is pretty much the only ship I like.
"Make everyone gay" is something that befalls a lot of fandoms that involve one main /u/ couple though. Like Nanoha.
To be fair, pretty much every girl in Nanoha is pretty gay. Like Sailor Moon, it isn't a hard stretch to just pair any of the girls off with each other. It's much more annoying in series like LoK where the "pair the (gay) spares" don't even interact, and make zero sense.
>To be fair, pretty much every girl in Nanoha is pretty gay
Correction: every girl in Nanoha that isn't Subaru/Teana, Vivio/Einhart or Hayate/Vita doesn't even have a romantic prospect and the latter one is me being generous here.
And even in Sailor Moon I just found it unrealistic to pair all the girls with each other. Come on, one /u/ couple in a friend circle? OK sure, realistic enough, but the entire friend circle?
Just takes away from the actual couple if you ask me.
Plenty of "prospects" - pretty much all the girls have really gay interactions with other girls. Which is to be expected, because the entire series is pretty much all girls, interacting with other girls. (I'm ignoring Force, because it's shit.) So theres plenty there to "build" ships, unlike KyaLin.
>Come on, one /u/ couple in a friend circle? OK sure, realistic enough, but the entire friend circle?
RL speaking it's actually more unusual to have that one gay (friend) couple amidst a bunch of heteros, because those of like minds (so to speak) tend to migrate to each other. But ignoring that, since that doesn't apply to the senshi, the point isn't "the gay odds, realistically" but rather "sure, there's enough canon basis for this couple to form."
>Just takes away from the actual couple if you ask me.
Like I said, as long as there's a believable basis, it's fine. KyaLin has zero believable basis, even if you take Bryke's throwaway line that Kya is gay as canon. Most of the other girls in Nanoha and SM? Have actual on screen friendships (and quite a bit of subtext or even over flirting) with each other which make pairing them actually within the realm of possibility. It doesn't really feel like "pandering" then.
I dislike "building" ships. Hence why I prefer Korrasami or NanoFate. Less "building" required.
Hence why the only Sensnhi ship I support is Rei/Usagi and Haruka/Michiru. Those were the more blatant ones. The other ones? Reeks of pair the spares because everyone HAS to be in a relationship.
Same applies to MakoLin for me by the way. Pair off those poor, lonely characters.
So basically you don't like non canon ships. Just say that.
I find Ami/Mako equally as blatant, if not more so. As for the feeling that everyone HAS to be in a relationship, I guess that's just a matter of personal preference. But I still standby the fact that as long as there's a believable foundation, it doesn't feel forced. And again, if you want to go by "realistically," it's far more "realistic" that the "spares" end up in relationships (with or without each other) as opposed to being "forever alone."
So would you be okay with Makoperator? Is it just the idea of "main" or "central" characters all hooking up with each other or are you fine with them in relationships with "off-screen" characters? Genuinely curious.
>So basically you don't like non canon ships. Just say that.
Not entirely true, I also dislike Bopal and
Varrick/Zhu li, which are both canon, but for different reasons.
>So would you be okay with Makoperator? Is it just the idea of "main" or "central" characters all hooking up with each other or are you fine with them in relationships with "off-screen" characters? Genuinely curious.
Hmm I guess it would be fine if they hooked up with off-screen people. I mean pair the spares usually involves cast members and thus feels very constricted in a way. I'm tired so this might not make much sense.
Not liking non canon ships isn't exclusive with liking ALL canon ships.
>pair the spares usually involves cast members and thus feels very constricted in a way. I'm tired so this might not make much sense.
I sort of get what you mean, even though I don't agree that all "pair the spares" are created equal. "Spares" KyaLin and Mako/Ami (to keep with the same couplings) just aren't comparable.
And at least MakoLin interact. Though I'm with you on this particular pairing. Makoperator to piss of Makofags all day, every day. Won't stop me from throwing out embarrassing MakoLin headcanons for the neechans that enjoy it though.
Large Leader getting cucked from The Times might have left lingering arousal for many of us of which MakoLin filled the void.
I haven't watched it, but I've read about Fate/Zero's Kiritsugu was gun-trained and raised by a Slavic milf.
>I haven't watched it, but I've read about Fate/Zero's Kiritsugu was gun-trained and raised by a Slavic milf.
Ah one thing only the novels mentioned that she was also part sucubus too.
There are actually a half dozen explicitly MakoLin pictures I have on this machine, but even in /u/LoK which is the de facto haven from the /co/LoK diaspora, /u/-reinforcing pseudo-/ss/ is literally heretical in this speakeasy.
So there are at least six or seven people in this world that even entertained this quintessential crackship.
When will they invite her for a threesome?
This looks awfully like the new comic's probable style.
Even that face doesn't look as childish and cartoony as the preview pics of the upcoming comic. I'll give you the breast reduction surgery, not as pronounced hips, and less buff arms/shoulders though.
>Are you looking for a serious answer that could be conceivably canon if continued by Bryke
The future in which the EK avatar lives has perfected limb regrowth and replacement, thus finally allowing bryke to live out their dreams and cripple the avatar in literally every episode
I'm having a hard time judging - on one hand it'd "make sense" for Bryke to switch back to a male avatar, especially if you take into account network/publisher/whoever's holding the purse strings pressure. On the other, Korra is a well received critical success, and I honestly think they prefer to write female leads. But either way the new avatar would have to be very different from Korra, just as she was from Aang.
As for the /u/ version...damn I don't have that screenshot. Surely some other neechan has it?
That's actually eerily close to /u/'s 2nd future EK avatar option, only with the avatar as immortal cyborg instead of Korrasami's evil granddaughter. Don't have a screenshot of that one either.
>I'll give you the breast reduction surgery, not as pronounced hips, and less buff arms/shoulders though.
Goddamn, posts like this really suck my hype for the comic. Here's hoping the preview pics are just that, and not exactly representative of how the final comic will look.
>So, what do you think the next Earth Avatar will be like as a person?
Conniving shyster with no interest in helping the world, and still avoiding their duties into their early twenties. Also, already in a relationship with another character that won't feature often.
>I haven't watched it, but I've read about Fate/Zero's Kiritsugu was gun-trained and raised by a Slavic milf.
Sadly, she's one of those characters that are too cool to last. Not a spoiler, btw. She's a flashback character.
>I hate the whole "make everyone gay" mentality that's permeates through a lot of the fanon art and shit.

>Korrasami is pretty much the only ship I like.
>It's much more annoying in series like LoK where the "pair the (gay) spares" don't even interact, and make zero sense.
Lin and Kya are the worst case of this. There's more onscreen evidence of a Bumi/Asami pairing than KyaLin. For them to be a couple, it requires huge headcanoning of their pasts.
Wasn't Nanoha made from the ground up that way? LoK has one gay couple out of dozens, and it only came to be in the end of the series.
That's actually the appeal for some of us; the in-universe loneliness of Lin combined with the self-isolation of Mako, and overall emotional stuntedness of the pair, drizzled over the age gap making the relationship harder again.
>So would you be okay with Makoperator?
Not that neechan, but I'd LOVE Makoperator.
>There are actually a half dozen explicitly MakoLin pictures I have on this machine, but even in /u/LoK which is the de facto haven from the /co/LoK diaspora, /u/-reinforcing pseudo-/ss/ is literally heretical in this speakeasy.
Fuck it, we're on page nine. I'm posting it.
>The future in which the EK avatar lives has perfected limb regrowth and replacement, thus finally allowing bryke to live out their dreams and cripple the avatar in literally every episode
They share a fetish with Asami.
>On the other, Korra is a well received critical success, and I honestly think they prefer to write female leads.
They're arguably better at it, too.
Though Zuko and Tenzin showed that they're able to write male characters (but again, so much of those two is down to their VAs).
> But either way the new avatar would have to be very different from Korra, just as she was from Aang.
I'd like what I wrote here >>1966606
Aang was preteen, Korra young adult, so make the next one an actual adult. Aang understood the importance of his duty, but was hesitant to embrace it. Korra loved being the Avatar, but didn't grasp its significance and what it truly entailed for some time.
So, make the new avatar utterly apathetic to their status.
Aang and Korra were heroic; this one's self-interested. They were selfless; this one's selfish. They both had long running romance arcs; this one is either aromantic or already has a partner.
Oh please. I don' believe for a second that you wouldn't love
Korra having grown embittered at the world and dying, have Asami carry her into the spirit world just to be attacked by spirits that she created out of her own grief and be mortally wounded in the process. She still manages to make it back home just to die in front of their adopted children. Eventually she would be revived by one Future Industries scientist by infusing her corpse with spirit energy but turns into a malevolent but cute spiritual being only to be ultimately saved by the new Avatar.
Why dou you hate fun so much?
It requires a level of psychopathy from Korra I find hard to imagine in a cooky crossover. I dunno, maybe becomes more embittered with spirits refusing to aid humanity again in future? Perhaps without any excuses they ahd in the series "we don't get involved in human wars".
But making the Material World into the equivalent Underworld appeals to me.
