i have not consumed a lot of yuri manga/anime/video games/etc., so there are not a lot of yuri series represented in this chart. i have a gigantic, continually-growing backlog of yuri media that i have been meaning to consume, but i rarely ever actually get around to going through my backlog because of a lack of motivation.

i could have composed this chart entirely of touhou pairings, but pairings from other series deserved to be in the chart too.

And I haven't watched the anime but I am obsessed with Ooshima's doujinshi. And Ar Tonelico is just painful, but my imagination is vivid.

I wish more games could have canon yuri pairings. I am not talking about optional relationship like Mass Effect or Dragon Age and such (which are also great), but simply that the main character is in love with another girl while kicking some bad guys' asses. Sigh.

I'd suggest starting with Wild and Horned Hermit, which has something of a regular storyline interacting with some major characters.

Silent Sinner in Blue assumes some familiarity with the cast and ends in a massive clusterfuck of JUST AS PLANNED, Forbidden Scrollery is good but doesn't have many of the non-human charaters, and Inaba is a semi-canon gag manga.

While this is true I recommend still reading them. I like the Touhou setting and I like a lot of its doujins even when there's no yuri in them.

Of the official manga I think I like Forbidden Scrollery the most, with Wild and Horned Hermit right behind it.

Before anyone says it. No, this is not subjective and it is not about what you like or dislike. You are objectively degrading the characters, and that means you as a person are shallow and self serving.

Fun Fact: KyouMami is not a popular pairing. The fan art for it makes up less than 3% of the total that is out there.

That means when you try to pretend to be a ton of different people who all ship KyouMami the odds of it actually being more than one person is insane low. When you then add in the fact that all the people who you pretend to be ignore the fact that it's proven KyouMami shits on Kyouko and Mami characters, it because a fact who you are, and that you are samefagging.
