There should be some throw limit, to be able to 'Use Throw' there should be a declared 'Throw' to the diary room. A HG should only get two declared throws per season.

The show is becoming a joke because challenge wins are becoming almost useless and Paul can seriously win his season by throwing HoH's to crippled people.

If BB suspects a undeclared throw, that player becomes Have Not no questions asked no appeals. If this isn't listened too, penalty nom. Lets just accept throwing exists and put it inside the game.
